　1. ボウルに水を入れ、チョコレートを加える。
　2. チョコレートの入ったボウルを電子レンジで加熱する。
　3. 卵を割り、空き瓶で黄身を取り出し‏、‎白身を泡立てておく。
　4. 卵白のボウルにチョコレートを注ぎ、泡立て器でチョコレートと卵白を混ぜ合わせる。
　5. 混ぜ合わせたボウルを電子レンジで加熱する。
　6. 出来上がったチョコレートカップケーキに砂糖をまぶす。
　7. チョコレートカップケーキの出来上がり。
　

1. Place the water in a bowl and add the chocolate.
2. Microwave the bowl of chocolate.
3. Crack the eggs, remove the yolks with an empty jar, and whisk the whites into a frothy mixture.
4. Pour the chocolate into the bowl of egg whites and whisk to combine the chocolate and egg whites.
5. Microwave the bowl of mixture.
6. Sprinkle the finished chocolate cupcakes with sugar.
7. The chocolate cupcakes are ready.
