Fly around the world without limits with your Meta Quest 2 headset.
Feel the freedom, travel anywhere in the planet and enjoy all its beauty and diversity.
[Internet connection required]
Features: - Plan your flight on the map with a powerful search engine - Fly a plane or a helicopter with totally different gameplays - Dynamic weather, wind and time of day - Procedurally generated buildings and water with real data - Enjoy some of the most famous landmarks - Fully interactive cockpits - Manage fuel, wind, flaps, landing gear and brakes - Take off and land at any airport/heliport in the world
Don't stop now! The big difference between worldflight and simpleplane, ultrawings ww1/ww2 is that it's going into the direction of FS2020. So keep up the work, you will create your own fanbase. But it's a way there, the surroundings are too simplistic.
- higher the ground resolutions. Googlemaps offers higher ones standardly. - create base objects as polygons in real, like trees, with some random density numbers depending the google maps pixel colous below - the cloud ceiling doesn't seem to move in the same speed like the ground. It's not in sync. - In the menues, give the option to change drawing distance, polygon count and map resolution, even if it get's stuttering. The user should be able to chose. - Runways must be shown perfectly and in high resolutions. Find an algorithm which creates you those runways with a flexible blueprint/template for all airports existing. - Find a strategic partner that helps you with more devs and resources.
I hope you will continue development.

This is honestly one of my favorite games right now. I’m just praying the developer sticks with it and completes it. The graphics are kinda, well, they kinda suck, just being honest. But they’re good enough to see point out landmarks. Flying from Las Vegas to San Francisco is so dang cool lol. Great flight controls. Once the graphics are upgraded some, this game is gonna be a SMASH HIT

just thank you! グーグルです。"クエストはグーグルアースのためにならない" マイクロソフト 「クエストはMSFSを扱えない
JUST THANK YOU! Google: "Quest is no good for Google Earth" Microsoft: "Quest can't handle MSFS"
here comes single indie dev and give us the opportunity to fly anywhere in the world on standalone Quest! Huge thank you just that alone.
I flew by my native city of Rio de Janeiro and the believability of the experience totally holds up, even very foggy drawing distances of far horizons. Amazing technical accomplishment and even prettier looking than I was supposing. Buildings may be mostly generic planted on the fly, but heights for terrains, hills and mountains seem very accurate and the satellite maps make up for very good realism. Cockpit is good, flight model and controls too. I also love reflective water materials.
Cons: please give us option to turn off that "stall" sounds effect, or better: sound effect volume. Also, a light aircraft for tourist-like flyby with plenty of view. I'm not into serious flight sim, I just want to fly over the world, to see the world rather than cockpit instruments...
Great game!!! I got my VR headset for Christmas. I love to fly and this is as close to MSFS as you can get without a gaming pc. My only question is can there be some more aircraft added? Maybe an airliner or a fighter jet. That’s my only complaint about the game. Just one airplane and one helicopter. Other than that it’s great!!
I LOVE THIS GAME! Please do not quit on us.... We will support this game to the best of our abilities. This game has do much potential to be the best realistic flight simulator on Oculus Quest 2. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Please keep pushing! ❤️
Incredible sim in the making. Thing to make this the best of the best on meta !
How to increase revenue! Small charges for different colours or places ( very small the smaller the charge the more people will buy and if not happy or wrong purchase made will be less likely to be angry.) Small charges like 10p 20p 50p max.
Multiplayer With ground work also like airport work and other simulations like Construction work
True simulation as in i ( option) to leave my home and drive to airport!
Get to know your aircraft More information walk around and safety check More working interaction
Environment sounds like birds aircraft traffic voices
Other I will update as I test.
Note whilst trying to rotate right ( with foot pedals) it seems very slow i know this is almost the same as in a real helicopter but it is a bit way to slow 😂 .
Hopefully we are helping you and your not overwhelmed these are not demands 😂😂😂
Excellent flying sim. Being able to fly anywhere in the world is definitely the main selling point of this game. The level of detail is nowhere near the standards of MSFS, but for a standalone Quest 2 game, it's more than acceptable. I wish the white haze in the distance was less noticeable at times, but I also realize the dev is probably pushing the limits of what the Q2 is capable of once your location is loaded. Speaking of which, I'm surprised at how fast the game loads the location you choose.
Overall, the game runs very smoothly with just a few minor hiccups in framerate in larger cities, and it's great having the choice to fly a helicopter, giving you more time to enjoy the scenery at a slower speed. Hopefully the dev continues to work on this game, possibly adding more aircraft to choose from, and maybe being able to tweak the level of detail even further. For the price though, I highly recommend it for those looking for a relaxing time flying anywhere in the world. Please stick with it dev. 👍
AWESOME FLIGHT SIM FOR QUEST 2! One of the main reasons I purchased the Quest 2 was to experience the feeling of flight in VR. Not being able to afford a proper MSFS set up I have resorted to titles such as Ultrawings, Simple Planes and Warplanes.
All of these have provided great experiences in their own way but finally we have a stand alone flight sim offering real world locations providing endless hours of enjoyment.
It goes without saying that this will never match up to that of MSFS but what it has managed to achieve through the limitations of the quest is quite astonishing.
The world map is generated using Google earth (hence why the internet connection is required) and the detail of the ground while you are flying is superb, especially if you maintain a decent height and set the weather to clear. You can literally find your house or other landmarks you're familiar with and enjoy seeing them from above.
There's even an awesome feature where you get to enter photo mode. Within this mode you can zoom in or out of the aircraft, alter the perceived height, change weather, time of day and many other filters to capture that perfect snap.
The world map is easy to navigate and there's even a search tool to help you locate locations or landmarks with ease. In addition to this you can change so many aspects of your flight such as weather conditions, time of day, month of the year and even real time conditions.
Within the hanger you have a choice of 2 aircraft. The Airplane and Helicopter. If you choose to take off from one of the thousands of worldwide airports you actually start on the ground and have to go through the aircraft start up and take off procedure. All of these have handy little tutorial sheets which are located in the aircraft. Also the Devs have added a great feature of the having the world map on the nav screen which makes locating places so much easier.
Due to the limitations of the quest the ground details are very basic so don't expect to have clearly marked taxiways or airport signage. Also many buildings have a generic 3d modeling so won't necessarily resemble the actual building. Like I said before as you gain a good height you get more of the photorealistic aspect.
Popular world landmarks however do have better 3d modeling such as the Khalifa in Dubai and Eiffel tower in Paris.
I particularly find flying around places with natural features a real treat, mountainous places such as Switzerland are incredible.
As for the flying mechanics this is still an area I feel could be improved. First of all the helicopter is actually very good and by far the easiest to fly. It also offers far more visibility for sight seeing. The mechanics of the airplane in comparison to that of Ultrawings 2 and simple planes feels quite jerky and not as smooth although this has improved slightly since its first release. The cockpit doesn't allow for much visibility too. On one of the early previews of this game I did see the Devs flying a more open style cockpit aircraft so fingers crossed there will be more aircraft to choose from in later updates.
Hopefully an aircraft such as a trainer jet fighter where you can travel distances much quicker.
In summary despite my minor gripes and want of more aircraft this flight sim is a must for anyone who enjoys flying in VR and is without doubt the best the Quest 2 has to offer. It's certainly my first go to right now and always look forward to Dev updates ( which are very often) .
Ps Is it possible to calibrate/ align my local airport at Cornwal Airport Newquay as its not totally straight whenever I take off from there ?
VR flight without motion sickness. I’ve tried two other titles and got refunds as they were not what I was looking for. This App was the solution and I have already logged more time on this than the other two combined.
Setting waypoints lets you start in the sky and fly towards your destination. If you set the autopilot it will take you there smoothly. This allows you to relax and enjoy scenery while the autopilot does the driving.
Very satisfied with this purchase - This is the first game I felt strongly enough about to review. Hope the updates keep coming….,looking forward to better draw distance (if possible) and more missions. I really enjoyed the helicopter in New York mission. Thank you.
Really cool! It’s fun for far, the only thing I would suggest is a tutorial flight, but make it optional. Then people that want to work it out themselves can however the people (like me) who want to fly can learn, this is becuase the paper with the to do isn’t the most helpful. When I finally got the plane in the air I was going to look at the instructions on how to land and I picked it up it just flew out the plane, I find when you move the paper mid flight they just fly away. Besides this I think it’s fantastic how you can choose your destination, airports, time of day, weather and vehicle, would recommend.

This is about as close to MSFS as you are likely to get standalone. There's a surprising amount of photogrammetry going on for a standalone quest game and lots of real world sites are represented. Cities have a surprising number of 3D buildings and the flying feels solid with the only downside being the need to pull the stick into your stomach to pull up hard.
Even better the chopper is easy to pickup and use bringing a different feeling to flying around cities and checking out the landscape.
If you're looking for fast action and blowing things up, this is not for you.
But if you have been waiting for a sim style flight game this is it!
Amazing game. Short review: Amazing game, but sea is unplayable, cities need haze fix to immerse yourself in the depth of the world, and the colors/subtleties of the haze.
Long review: I bought this game 3 days ago, I pretty much haven't got my headset off my head. Actually, that's an understatement. The headset and I have become one and only.
I've been to so many places. It's beautiful. And there's been updates two times. The developer is taking this seriously, and it clearly shows. I cannot wait to introduce this to more people.
However, there's one thing that prevents this review from a 5-star. It's something that really does bother me: the haze/fog on the horizon. I feel it robs this game from being actually amazing; the height of the haze is too much to forgive, and not only that, but it's 100% white. There's no subtle distinction. It should be a mix between color of the sky (blue for example if clear weather)/white and maybe a bit of gray-ish. But not all white, and not that strong.
In cities, you see the sky around you being 100% white, which steals the immersion I'm looking for, which's depth of field. It's the most amazing feeling when you flying. It's the thing I most look for when flying, it's an amazing feeling which I think think this game could totally deliver. And you can actually see the land is there; below the white container, there's a degradation from white to transparent; it's a very bold gradient, that should be rather subtle and much farther away.
This becomes quite a big deal when you're flying around the sea. It looks like a bug; you are lost, you can't see the subtle line where the sky meets the sea, because the haze is so strong and so white. You're trapped in a white circle, and you only can see below you, which's only water.
Don't get me wrong, it should have some haze, but much subtler, and farther away. It works well when you're in the mountains, you can almost see volumetric light. But even there it should be tweaked a bit.
Fantastic flight Simulator. Love everything about this! Flying either a helicopter or plane around my local area is great.
Edit: I purchased this app as soon as it was released and the amount of amazing updates that has been added since is astounding!!!!
I love the new detailed radar map and other great additions 👍
The only other thing that I would like added (but I can live without) is the option to invert the left joystick helicopter collective control (forwards = down).
Could not play a single flight. 15 bucks and not being able to play once because the plane tips over through the map while not even starting, and explodes. Every time.
Unplayable for me, that’s why I mostly don’t buy applab games.
A ton of fun(updated to 5 star). Truly mind-blowing flying over the Swiss Alps or Barringer Crater. From a height the scenery, especially natural scenery, is truly wonderful. Replayability is through the roof as long as there's always somewhere new you'd want to visit. After a while playing this game I've updated to 5 star for two reasons; the updates which really show the dev listens to the players and truly bump the experience up, and the fact that the shortcomings are probably due to the hardware which is no fault of the Dev. Although if there was any way to get rid of or decrease the haze that would be an absolute game changer for me, but you can only do what you can do. I'm sure the haze/rendering distance would be improved were it to be able to.
The ambition clearly is huge. I just set the autopilot from grand canyon to Zion and wingwalked watching the real world terrain slip underneath me, and it feels as authentic as it should or could be. The planes could be more varied, I would like to get from A to B a little quicker but I think this should DEFINITELY be on the main store purely for the replayability, novelty of a real world flight simulator for the quest, the natural wow moments this game offers, and the fact it's keeps getting better with updates which I and I'm sure current and future customers would really appreciate. With this dedication to making the best possible game and acting upon feedback it's just a matter of time before this ends up on the main store.
If you like MFS, to go travelling, or a game to chill out in and take things in at your own pace whilst always offering something new, this is a great choice. For me as a new drop it's such a great place to start, and a true one of its kind on the quest. There's a whole freaking world to explore on the quest 2 that's not flat 360 photography but real geography with real geometry. Great job Dev
Nice Portable Flight Sim. As an owner of X-Plane and MSFS 2020 I am enjoying this compact flight sim much more than I thought I would. The clouds and lighting are really quite great for a standalone headset and when in the cockpit it does feel like you are in the air. It is quick and easy to set up a flight plan. A fun thing to do is wing walk as you are wireless so why not. You can go into Photo Mode and then walk the wing like one of those Plank games but over anywhere in the world. The game seems to get updates adding options nearly every day so it looks like the devs are committed. I would love an Airliner for Christmas.
THE Native quest answer to MSFS! I have to say I’m blown away by how incredible this game is considering it’s running natively on the quest 2! For anybody who doesn’t have a gaming PC and wants just a convenient more simplified version of a flight sim or for anybody that wanted to try MSFS but isn’t able to then this game is the answer!
You can choose any airport in the world, it has them all! You can go to any place, any country any landmark, you have weather options, time of day, it’s absolutely fantastic! It operates via Google maps so there are accurate placings of where you’re flying. Yes the details are NOT what you are going to get in something like MSFS nor are the visuals understandably so but it still looks great for a standalone title and you can admire various landmarks!
Even in mid flight you can press the small menu button on the left controller and you can go into something called photo mode which pauses the flight and lets you wander outside the craft allowing you to take pics from either outside or inside the cockpit for an awesome shot or to simply admire the views. It’s truly exceptional!
The only things I would like to see added just to make the experience even more perfect are the below.
- an autopilot option, there were times where I just wanted to admire some of the views however i had to tend to the yoke to ensure I didn’t crash and kept on course, would be awesome if that was ever added!
- an in flight map of where you’re flying. Technically this is already there but it only outlines the place, the rest of the radar is just dark. Would be awesome to have the map in place during the flight or have an option to toggle it in case you wish to change your course mid flight without having to go back to the main menu or to simply see where abouts in the country you are that you’re flying over.
- A dark mode for the map in the main menu. I struggled to read some of the places on the map in the min menu before flying because the map was quite bright. Would be great to have a dark mode option so I can read a place more clearly.
To the devs! Amazing title! Blown me away And I truly hope you make it to the main quest store because you thoroughly deserve it! This is a MUST have flight sim for the quest!
Nice! Its quite exciting for me to see a flight sim on standalone that uses satellite data to recreate most the world. obviously this is not as detailed as flight sim 2020, but for me it scratched the itch. Even in lower resolution flying over real landscapes is interesting. That being said the graphics are actually quite a bit better than I would have expected, especially at 2-3000 ft. Unfortunately the draw distance is of course low. At mt. everest or in a city for instance you can only see so much at a time and can almost crash into objects before a last minute evasion. But that’s a standalone limitation and I don’t blame the developers. I think with a little more polish and maybe with a few more planes this could easily be on the main store. I hope the developers add a bush plane or ideally an ultralight for sight seeing flights. something with more visibility. The cockpit of the Cessna type plane takes up most of your view. the helicopter may be better. good work, excited to see this develope more!
Everything I wanted. I’ve been following this games release for a while and I was super excited to try it out. It was pretty much what I expected, and I really enjoyed flying around any place I wanted to. For a stand alone quest game I was honestly impressed with the amount of 3d structures and buildings. I’m super excited to see what the developers do with this because I think they have something really cool on their hands, and for $15 I think it’s a steal.
