Around you, twelve participants from different places of speech speak about the struggles. They are full length, in an image that simulates the actual size, in a 1: 1 ratio. The experience aims to allow the words and gestures of the bodies to produce new perceptions of the crossing of diverse struggles in society. In the last decades, intense reconfigurations of the social relations in Brazil have legitimized places of speech and protagonisms as diverse as intersected: racial, sexual, gender and other expressions that have challenged current discourses. They are voices not of minorities, but of groups minoritized by the social norm. Voices empowered by the community, capable of transforming places of knowledge and power in the contemporary world. Crosswords arise from the artistic need to promote an exhibition on the theme of place of speech and to foster a dialogue between anti-colonial struggles through a technological alternative. Promoting a crossing of places of speech is a resource that emerged as a counterpoint to the force of silencing of social voices by privileged groups, in a proposal to promote resonance about intersectionality in contemporary society. Crossword puzzle, crossing of struggles. It is not a matter of encompassing the expression of minority voices, infinitely plural, but of being able to establish an initial diagram of the powers of voices that are sometimes silenced, sometimes segregated, affirming them in their unique leading roles.
