概要
Next Move is a VR platformer where all your in-game movements correspond to your physical movements. No joystick walking! Get your body moving and set off on a journey to dreamlike worlds full of fantasy architecture.
Numerous challenges await you. Climb to the top of a rotating tower, chase a fleeing gondola across a misty lake, and jump over crumbling stone pillars.
But even if you do succeed, it may not be enough. To complete your quest and unravel the mystery of this surreal place, you will have to fight your way forward, solve challenging puzzles and even bend time itself.
Next Move brings you the feel of classical platformers, but you can experience it first-hand in VR this time! Immerse yourself in this otherworldly place and traverse time and space.
Great VR platform game. An amazing game using the potential of VR controllers. You have to move your hands to run faster and then put them up to jump. Anyone who likes platform games will love this one.
Spectacular and huge potential! This game is amazing. Controls are intuitive and more you play it the better it gets. Really looking forward to a full release.
This is really well done! The controls work impressively great! I think this is the first time at all on my experience when movement via hands really implemented well and enjoyable. The game features running, jumping, climbing and even pistol actions. It’s a great experience like it is. Absolutely impressive demo. I think that if put more attractive textures all around this game has all chances to be in top.👍
The game is very cool, jump is wrong. The way you jump is Contra intuitive. Holding the buttons on both controllers raising your arms and releasing? What? lol on other games you raise your arm hold the button down to pull yourself up or just use A. For me as an adult, I don't have patience for Contra intuitive controllers that won't become second nature because it will always feel like it's inverted and a great movement to climb down a wall not jumping.
Either than that is a great game. I would continue to play if it was not the jump issue. I can do it but it throws me off. If they come up with controller settings where you can change that I’ll revisit.
Edit-> than the developer actually care! Thank you for the update I'll give it a try again and update the review accordingly
Shows a lot of promise. I love first person vr platformers! I also love Prague. I had to give it a shot.
The worlds are nicely designed. Graphics are simple but crisp and surreal. The central premise of the game is simple - get to the portal - but I found that getting there was almost too easy, at least in the first level in the demo. Maybe this will change in the full version.
Some suggestions:
- The controls are fun and immersive but still pretty rough in some areas. The running motion often feels drifty, like sloshing around in a giant hovercraft, rather than tight and precise. I fell off cliffs to the left or right a couple of times for no apparent reason other than I just slid in that direction while running (or even standing still).
- Make the collectibles smaller! I like being able to see the final portal at the end if a level, but the collectibles should be harder to see (and obtain)
- The worlds are rather small and short. Maybe they'll be bigger in the full release?
- Please add a timer for speedruns!
- In the tutorial, please include a situation in which to demonstrate the time reversal feature. I know that pressing X triggers it, and I hear a whooshing sound, but nothing seems to happen. When could it be useful?
Overall, this shows a lot of promise and I'm very excited to see where it goes! Keep up the good work!

What a game. This is a really interesting project with a remarkable control system. Especialy after you understand fundamental thing that you have to keep your hands down and not in front of you. With that, everything works flawlessly. The other mechanics are super simple and intuitive too.
I'm very curious about the full version and the other game mechanics in it. The visuals are super stylish, reminiscent of Monument Valley. I'm glad it's not another wannabe-realistic game. It's just got a flair to it. Definitely check it out!
