　1. ホットプレート、水、ビーカー、時計、温度計、スタンドを準備する。
　2. デジタル温度計をスタンドに固定する。
　3. 水をビーカーに入れる。
　4. 水を入れたビーカーをホットプレートの上に置き、デジタル温度計が水に浸かるようにする。
　5. ホットプレートのスイッチを入れる。
　6. 秒針時計のスタートボタンを押す。
　7. 秒針を5分間隔で押し‏、‎それぞれの間隔で水の温度を測定する。
　8. 沸騰後の水の温度を確認し‏、‎水の温度変化を観察する。
　結果 水は沸点に達し‏、‎温度は一定である。
　→ 水が気化して水蒸気になるとき、状態は変化するので温度は一定に保たれる。

2. secure the digital thermometer to the stand
3. put the water into the beaker
4. place the beaker with water on the hotplate so that the digital thermometer is submerged in the water
5. turn on the switch on the hotplate
6. press the Start button on the second hand clock
7. press the second hand at 5 minute intervals and measure the temperature of the water at each interval
8. check the temperature of the water after it boils and observe the temperature change of the water

The water has reached the boiling point and the temperature has remained constant. → When water vaporizes into water vapor, the temperature stays constant as it undergoes a state change - the heat energy applied is utilized to change state
