Meta Quest 「Yeast Fermentation Experiment - ContentsDa Science Experiment」

　1. 発酵チューブにマンゴージュースを加える。
　2. 酵母液を発酵チューブに加える。
　3. 残りの3本の発酵チューブに、蒸留水＋イースト液、グレープジュース＋イースト液、グレープフルーツジュース＋イースト液を加える。
　4. 4本の発酵管をウォーターバスに入れ、温水を加え、足元の発酵管で何が起こるかを観察する。
　5. ジュースとイーストの反応を観察する。
　6. ブラインドチューブ内の水位が‏、‎酵母によって生成された二酸化炭素の量だけ下がっている。
　7. ブドウ果汁と酵母の入った発酵管から、スポイトを使ってブドウ果汁と酵母の混合物を少し取り除く。
　8. 水酸化カリウム溶液をブドウ果汁と酵母の混合物に加え、何が起こるかを観察する。
　結果ブラインドチューブ内のガス体積の経時変化を測定する。

2. add the yeast solution to the fermentation tube
3. add distilled water + yeast solution, grape juice + yeast solution, and grapefruit juice + yeast solution to the remaining three fermentation tubes.
4. place the four fermentation tubes in a water bath, add warm water and observe what happens in the foot fermentation tube.
5. observe the reaction between the juice and the yeast
6. the water level in the blind tube has lowered by the volume of carbon dioxide produced by the yeast
7. use an eyedropper to remove some of the grape juice and yeast mixture from the fermentation tube containing the grape juice and yeast.
8. add potassium hydroxide solution to the grape juice and yeast mixture and observe what happens
