Engaging Retro Racer. Having played both Neodori Forever and this game, I think I can say that I enjoyed Infinity just as much as Forever if not more. It carries over much of what I liked about it and improves upon it.
As with Forever, Neodori Infinity delivers a unique blend of chill but fast gameplay that can keep you engaged. The nature of the game makes it very easy to pick up or put down at a moment's notice.
The additional music tracks help a lot with keeping the soundscape fresh, not just between games but also within Infinity itself. Vehicle having unique stats made unlocking new ones much more exciting.
Given that the steering wheel is entirely virtual (I played the game entirely in first person with the virtual wheel) it took me a while to consistently use it correctly, but eventually I was able to maintain solid muscle memory and avoid tracking-steering mishaps.
I did feel that the aesthetics were a bit downgraded from Forever (mainly the less vibrant environments/objects), but this could probably be attributed to the transition to VR and/or the capabilities of the hardware.
Overall I think it's a great experience. I haven't spent a lot of time with other VR racers but I would recommend this to anyone interested.
CREATORS PLEASE READ! This is such an amazing game so much fun, however I think it would be so much cooler if you could race people online in this game or even just racing vs ais like Mario kart basically that would be sick. Also would be amazing if you could buy boxes for certain amount of coins which contain car accessories.
80's Arcade Racer. Decent arcade racing with plenty of content and nice soundtrack. Motion control or analog steering and it looks and runs ok. Like flat game Neodori Forever you do not accelerate or brake.
The only thing that disappointed me was there is no haptic feedback in the Touch controllers at all even when impacts, collisions, drifting and boosting occur. Would love to feel subtle thuds when launching road cones into the air or big rumble when crashing into things. Good game and worth the price. UPDATE the haptics are now in the game exactly like I imagined. Thanks devs.
🏎️ Awesome arcade Racer 🚓. In my opinion this game has to be in the official store. Played it for the first time today and had more fun than I've had on the quest in a long time. A really great arcade racer. I like the graphics, driving and drifting are fun and it runs extremely smoothly. I think there is a lot to unlock. A real multiplayer would also be great, but you get more than enough for the price. Thanks
my thoughts. overall a dope game, i’ve been enjoying myself and some levels are honestly challenging. But i wish the levels had slightly more diversity. some levels have the same exact vibe as eachother with matching trees, skyboxes, etc. music is fire tho !!!
Hidden gem. This is, hands down, the best retro arcade racer on Quest. InRun is fun too, but Neodori has better controls. When it comes to racing, perfect controls are WAY more important than flashier graphics. Don’t get me wrong, this game is no slouch in the graphics department.
Finally, Neodori’s frame rate beats InRun by a mile imo. Again, high frame rates are essential for racing games, and Neodori nails it.
For $10, everyone should purchase Neodori and support these smaller developers so we continue getting hidden gems such as this.
Hey developers, I’d happily pay for some more DLC tracks and cars… wink wink, nod nod ;) keep up the great work
Great Racer. I must admit this game is very good. Love the sense of speed. I love the music and Outrun vibe. I feel it gets better the more you play. Looks crisp on Quest 3.
There is a lack of racing games on store. Hope you guys make it to full release.
Nearly went through 3 batteries. Its been awhile since I've drained my quest 2's battery in one sitting. After my first play sessions with Neodori Infinity Ive nearly gone through 3 charges, its that good! First off I will say, this doesnt feel like an early release/applab game. This is a complete game that should absolutely be on the official quest store. Graphics are excellent. The 10 different worlds are incredibly scenic and were a pleasure to unlock. Racing through each world is buttery smooth. Drifting mechanics feel incredible and are easy to pick up. All 15 or so soundtracks are a pleasure to drive to. Tons of unlockable cars (40+). There are 5 different modes all together. The standout of the bunch is "Endless mode" where you drive through all 10 worlds on a loop trying to score as many points before running out of gas. There is also a "Zen mode" which is basically a chill endless mode (no obstacles).
With all of the positives out of the way, heres where I think the developer can improve:
+Focus on improving endless mode +Add global leaderboards +Improve scoring system in endless mode (winning/losing races adds/deducts points, bumping into obstacles deducts pts, etc.) +Improve fuel drops (feel inconsistent)
At just under $10 this a no brainer purchase for any racing or retro fans. 5/5 stars!

Lのゲーム。最初のゲームはもっとリアルなジョイスティックで、ドリフトもリアルじゃない。

L game. Not what I was expecting first game was way better more realistic joystick sucks and drift is not realistic they could’ve done way better .
hilarious. finally a fun driving game to play endlessly, full of cars, a wonderful retro arcade style that winks at the legendary outrun and with a practically perfect driving system and a compelling audio sector, in short, a little gem to buy absolutely.
breath of fresh air with nostalgic vibes. A great racing title for Quest. It brings you the throwback racing game feel while offering a different take to the flat title porting to VR. Plenty of progression and unlockables to go through to keep you busy for hours and even days. Mechanics feels good and accessible to different types of player. Very solid title overall! Highly recommended to get your racing and drift on while on your VR headset!
The Very Best Standalone Car Game Ever. The neat visuals, varied roads, diverse cam viewpoints, straightforward yet clean physics, catchy tunes that excited me, and a coherent concept, not a mess, finally allowed me to genuinely ENJOY a standalone racing game for the very first time! Although I believe there are some areas that could be improved—notably the absence of vibration effects—this game undeniably processes immense potential as the most engrossing standalone racing game I’ve encountered, providing a delightful throwback experiences. I’m leaving this review in the hopes that the developers realize how much fun I’m having with this game since discovering it, and I eagerly look forward to future updates.
Must need for Racing/Retro Games Fans. Neodori Infinity is not only a port of Neodori Forever in VR but offers quite a lot of new and exclusive content. - The Racing Physics are easy to pick up and play even in first person view with wheel ans handbrake. - Soundtrack is a blast and really immersive. -The Art Design is also on point, looking like a retro game but with a modern touch to it. The pixelated, Outrun inspired Art Style works surprisingly well in VR and is easy on the eyes even after a long play session. -The distinctive cast of Rivals are fun and challenging to drive against. I recommend this Game to everyone that wants a new and unique Racing experience that no other game has done yet on the Quest Market.
Fun simple game. This game is kind of like outrun but the fact that it's in vr 3d is awesome. The speed sensation is great, the controls are very good.
I LOVE this kind of simple graphics it looks so much better than realistic style in vr ( like the awful looking grid game).
I put 5 star because I love this kind of games and I would like to encourage the devs.
Here is my two cents on what should be improved in my opinion.
N°1 thing to fix is the frame rate, there is some slight stutter that can be very disturbing.
Change the road style / level, only the last level as a different kind of road and it is nice to have variety. In the same subject, the tunnels also could be different in each levels. Maybe have some specific vehicules in each level (no need to have all different but for exemple it could be lumber trucks in the forest, cars with surf on the roof on the sea side etc...).
Have some road width change, remove some lanes on some portion of the road.
Find a way to make cops encounter more interesting.
Not sure about the challenges how it is working, i always seems to win, maybe make the finish line clearer finish line.
Best endless runner on Quest. I'm so glad that standalone is finally seeing some decent racing games this year! 🏎 This is an awesome VR-enhanced version of a super cool aesthetically-pleasing endless (there are also other modes!) OutRun-styled game. It runs really well (even on the OG Quest <3), it takes up no space, boots up in a second, and it's genuinely fun! 💯 What more could you ask for? Definitely worth a shot. There's plenty of pick-up-and-play fun to be had here!
A game the Quest needed. As a person who played Neodori Forever on pc and my phone for hours, I’m absolutely happy to have a game from it, but in VR. The best thing about it?
It is not only a vr port. New musics were added, there’s around 20 more unlockable cars than in the original game, new very nice driving mechanics, new rival mechanics, cool graphics, a first person and third person cam and more…
The aesthetics of this game is just beautiful and is still beautiful in VR.
I wouldn’t call this Neodori Forever 1.5. It totally deserves his own name, even if the story and base game is still the same.
Amazing game to play for passing time. As the mobile game transition into vr, this is amazing to play. Not only you can continue to drive and continue to rack points, but you could just play it for passing time with or without intensity.
Great racing game for Quest. Has a great soundtrack, very comfortable easy to get used to. I love the aesthetics and recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing fun racing experience.
Awesome flawless old-school driving. Very nice looking'n'feeling racing arcade with neon-stilized graphics, really good for relaxing and enjoying 8 bit vibes :) Very good esthetics and comfortable physics. Recommended!
