Love the ability to use my own voice to make spells, and the results are more accurate than I expected. But what drew me in was actually the tutorial, that made me feel like I'm playing Zelda in VR and the AI characters was so adorable (seriously)
That being said, the game lacks auto matchmaking, and I couldn't find someone to play with. We need at least AI to play against and auto-matchmaking in the background to kickstart the game in my opinion.
Still, the combat in practice mode felt good, so does the designs of the arenas with powerups and mana management which all should make 2vs2 combat a fun experience.
Considering it's still in App Lab version and there is a bit more work to be done, I can imagine it to be a great spellcasting game. I always preferred voice over motion gestures. I even use a windows app to enable similar idea with Hogwarts Legacy.
Overall, I recommend checking the gameplay trailer and my video and make a decision yourself and I'll be monitoring this game for future updates. Thank you.
