Amazing experience. Even though I only used this app for less than a day, I had a great experience with not only using the game but more importantly the support staff. The staff at sense arena have been extremely helpful, and I can't emphasize enough how honest and supportive they really are. Even though I had to get a refund due to personal circumstances, I had an amazing experience with the staff and that is how I know this app and organization will have a bright future. Regarding the app itself, it is more meant to mentally help tennis players improve, and even just using it for a couple hours I was able to see that it would have a big long term impact on someone's mental game. Being able to read and understand the game in tennis is absolutely crucial, and this app is meant to increase the mental capabilites of a player. As a 10 UTR player myself, I do recommend not only this app, but the organization itself. Very very superb service.
How do you cancel your subscription??. I’d like to cancel before the next billing date and I see no way to do so. Support only addresses tech problems. It’s a great app except for this part which seems a little shady.
***Updating my score because customer service was helpful and responsive.
(This app is awesome for people who can benefit from using it. It’s not a game. It’s DEFINITELY meant for serious training. Would be curious about the haptic racket.)
New way to practice. When I first try Sense Arena I love it! This is a new way how to practice most important parts of tennis like reaction, shot selection, anticipation and as many repetition you want! That is great. You can choose any trainig plan prepare from profesionals to improve your game. Very important part is a visualization of making wright decision. You can practice what to do in certain moment of the match and Sense Arena will show you the best option for that situation. 5 stars VR Training Tool!

Super good. i have used this for around 2 days very good training not perfect but great
The enthofo the Coaching. When I saw Sense Arena technology I was immediately very excited for one reason : my professional life as Coach is moving forward . At my age ( 55 yo ) you need to feel your job as tennis Coach full of efficiency in the present and projected to the future and that’s exactly what Sense Arena makes me feel . Practically in every field in human activities the techno is leading or at least supporting the Teachers/Coaches , the category that has the huge responsibility to form the youngsters to lead the future . In my field , the amazing sport of tennis , that is also a fantastic tool for the education , Sense Arena guarantees the enthusiasm for the mission I have to accomplish every day .
The future of training. Sense Arena’s technology and attention to detail is leading the way in the tennis space as the best VR available. As a coach and player I find many ways Sense Arena can help players from learning the fundamentals of the game, to then starting to u sweat and strategies needed to play well at higher levels of the game and it’s even able to tap into the mental side of performance that is applicable to players of any level. I can’t wait to keep using sense arena and be a part of their journey into the future of VR athletic training.
A Game-Changing Investment for Tennis. As an avid tennis player, I cannot emphasize enough how much the Sense Arena has positively impacted both my mental and physical performance on the court. This remarkable product has proven to be a game-changer, making it a wise and rewarding investment for long-term use.
From the moment I incorporated Sense Arena into my training routine, I noticed a significant improvement in my overall game. Its well-thought-out design and advanced technology helped me enhance my focus and mental clarity during intense matches. I felt more composed and in control of my emotions, leading to better decision-making on the court.
Furthermore, the physical benefits of using Sense Arena were outstanding. Its ergonomic features and tailored functionalities allowed me to optimize my training sessions, leading to enhanced strength and agility. I could feel my strokes becoming more powerful, my footwork smoother, and my endurance skyrocketing.
One of the most impressive aspects of this product is its adaptability to various skill levels. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a budding enthusiast, Sense Arena caters to individual needs, providing a training experience for every users level.
While the initial investment might seem significant, I can confidently attest that this is a product worth every penny. Its long-lasting benefits and the positive impact it has on your tennis game make it a valuable asset for your athletic journey.
In conclusion, Sense Arena has proven to be an indispensable companion in my tennis journey, supporting my mental and physical growth, and providing lasting value. If you’re a passionate tennis player seeking to elevate your game, I wholeheartedly recommend making this investment. You won’t be disappointed!
Nacho. It was great to test the virtual reality and see the potential it has for players, to improve their game and spend more time practicing without hurting their bodies!
Perfect. You can’t beat the quality. All of the drills are spot on, and so great for muscle memory, visualization, and working on your game to be the best you can be! Highly recommend for everyone!
Idea was good but... I've been playing tennis for over 35 years ( level 5.5-6 ) and this app is just...a disaster. For net volleys it's ok but as soon as we hit the racket just doesn't follow. I do not recommend buying this product. I hope other developers will create, not a perfect game but just one we can hit normally.
Janky app -. I bought an oculus specifically for this app - ordered it - cant even get through to the game. It’s frozen on granting access to bluetooth. No troubleshooting support. I am 100% cancelling.
By the moment bad. I have purchased the PRO mode, by 33 euros, and when i try to active to upgraded my plan mode, not works. I can only play to Demo mode, after to pay 33 euros. Please i want a solution or return my money right now.
Love this app. I have taken many lessons and have learned proper technique. However, I wanted more to opportunity to work on it repetitively and focus on my form. The app will feed the me the ball for as long as I want and I get all the volume I want (as long as my battery doesn't run out).
I also wanted to improve my game skills in being able to find the opportune area to place the ball. The drills help me work on that. It improves my mental sharpness.
I have the haptic racquet and that gives me a more realistic feel than just using the controller.
I can also practice for a few minutes in the middle of the day and not have to worry about running out to the tennis court. Best of all, there are no balls to pick up at the end of my practice!
I do wish that serves and overheads would be available. Also, having a bit more configuration such as having the ball come in low so that I can work on low volleys.
Proper Expectations = Proper Experience. Hoping to set the record straight as I've seen some mixed reviews here.... This. Is. A. Training. TOOL.
It is an additional piece of your training arsenal, designed to immerse you into a VIRTUAL series of scenarios to help you improve your decision making, focus on your form/technique, and have fun in a gaming environment *all while simultaneously becoming a better tennis player and athlete from wherever you are ANY time of day*. There is nothing more convenient than this platform when you compare across the marketplace today.
I work with various vendors, many of whom implement VR training for situational awareness or detail-oriented procedures across the scope of law enforcement, hospitality/tourism, and many other professions. My experience with those use-cases made giving Sense Arena a shot an easy decision.
Speaking from personal experience about my tennis game, I did not grow up learning proper form and technique. I started later in life and I've used every training tool you can think of to develop myself into a more consistent player. This has been one of the most effective so far, and my progress since using the platform has been noticeable by friends, family, and teaching pro's (Specifically, watching the ball more thoroughly into my contact point, which keeps my chin and head down to avoid popping up early or into overrotation). Cleaner shots, cleaner volleys, making me more consistent overall.
If you're passionate about the sport and (and a bit of a perfectionist like myself), you'll have a blast with this entire platform. Just remember, this is a training tool. It is NOT "live tennis"..... But mannnnnnnn they got pretty darn close if you ask me!
Good but still has a way too go. I play at a decent level and invested in sense arena to work on depth control and consistency mainly and learn more about other aspects of the game additionally.
Pros: Feels great to hit the ball Exercise Makes you understand more tactical play You can work on your swing and timing
Cons: I tried hitting the ball into space and still couldn’t hit the ball past the baseline. I went into a normal irl match and my consistency and depth where nowhere near accurate compared to the game. Needs a lot of work and ensuring your swing gets the correct height and spin on the ball so you can hit the ball long/wide/ into the net or even off the frame! Volleys and drop shots don’t see accurate, maybe a few adjustments needed.
What I hope they improve:
Be ruthless to us Devs. As above, don’t give us help by changing the balls path so it doesn’t go wide/long/ bottom of the net! Call us out everytime! Otherwise the legs/footwork gets lazy and it hurts us irl.
I would like to see serve added and maybe return of serve practice where you hit the ball back to work on depth/ putting away week serves.
Match play, or points without serve. Something to get you moving.
If our power can be matched as close as possible, it would be amazing too. I give it socks as if I am playing a real match. Would be great to see the ball get cracked or again go long it I miss. Also being able to measure how much spin we are creating on each shot.
Overall: loads and loads of potential. I hope they make it a training simulator and not a tennis game.
I see the potential, so 5 stars. BUT. I play high level tennis and I really enjoyed this, I could see how this would dramatically improve your game. Shot selection, decision making, anticipation, all things that are a little harder to improve on the court especially if, like me, you don't get enough practice time between matches and tennis isn't your full time job but you're determined to win a local tournaments. So I will support you guys because I want the experience to get better and better and I think this is a really interesting project.
Now, I'm just starting this app, but my first impression is a good one. Obviously, there are some issues, the game bugs here and there, like when I try a new skill or warm up or any exercises the start button disappears and I have to guess where to hover the pointer to start the drill. Also it's not intuitive to navigate the menu and whilst you're in the game, I suppose that will also get better over time.
I know you're never going to get a replica of the feel of tennis with VR, but I feel the baseline drills where you need to hit a deep ball are great, it's when I want to transition from hitting a deep ball, to a short ball or drop shot, that I feel the game thinks I'm way too underpowered and the ball only moves a few meters in front of me and goes in the net.
I'm going to keep playing, I'll update my review as I spend more hours on this!
Don't stop working on this game, ITS GOT AMAZING potential, but if it stagnates and this is the final form, I probably won't stay longer than a year.
