Coach Journey is a digital coaching and leadership training in emotional intelligence based in Virtual Reality. With this tool, we want to give you the essentials to both develop your individual value-based leadership and take your team to the next level. As close to reality as possible without actually being there - when, where and as often as you want.

The program is developed with the help of advisers, previous research and expertise in emotional intelligence, value-based leadership, rhetoric, gender equality, inclusion, pedagogy and special pedagogy.

When you first put on your virtual reality headset, you are welcomed to the fictional team LRT FC. Your club has a high status in the city and throughout Sweden. The club has hired you as the new head coach and sent you to a training academy, where you will complete the Coach Journey program. After a series of challenges, your mission is to ensure that team once again perform in line with the club's reputation.
