System Critical:The Race Against Time(シューティング、サバイバル、アクション)の評価とレビュー
Huge potential with major oversights. UPDATE: thank you to the devs for your prompt response and the clarification on the saves. I'll crank this review up a star. This game is incredibly fun and addictive, but it is still in need of a tutorial, a menu with even basic options, and places to store items like grenades and shields - maybe one storage spot per hip? It would also be nice if saves were possible from the single checkpoint per level, and if multiple games or game profiles were available. Regardless, I can't wait to see more as I play.
This game has huge levels and ramps up the difficulty quickly. Normally, I would love this in a VR game. However, in a game that is inherently a long grind, checkpoints and save points are crucial. I don't have time (or battery life) to play for 6 hrs straight.
System Critical has checkpoints, but they don't work one you've exited the app. After dying in the first level, I restarted at the checkpoint that I reached. However, after exiting the app, and playing at a layer time, when I selected "Continue" (from the severely limited menu, mind you), I was restarted from the beginning. So, unless I'm missing something, it seems that the checkpoints don't really work after all. I noticed that another reviewer mentioned this and I was disappointed to find that it was true.
It's unfortunate, seeing as so many other aspects of this game are fantastic. Unless I find a way to save and continue from save points or checkpoints, I'll probably have to return the game. I just don't have time to grind for continuous hours and hours on end without saving.
Devs, any insight on the save points or checkpoints in this game?

Super Challenging, Super Fun. Don't let this games simple looks fool you, this is a rare treat of a game, a fast-paced running and gunning, escape the facility type experience with added platforming mechanics, there aren't many settings, but then again there aren't many needed, 100% recommended for those that remember old school games like Mega Man.
It feels like megaman. Really good game, it's like being megaman with charged shots, doble jumps and platforms, a good combination for VR. It's really difficult, as old school games were, but rewarding when you clear a stage. The only cons in my opinion are the soundtrack and the lack of a proper menu.
Love but needs options. I love the game and I’d give 5 stars, if there was a way to do a few basic things, such as there should be a Settings option. Just the simple ability to turn the music OFF. Also there should be a way to bypass the monologue at the beginning. I found that although upon starting the game you have an option to Continue or start New Game, it’s useless because I stopped at the second level and when I went back into the game and chose Continue, it started from the beginning, again. And store weapons. I’ve found a sword and a grenade but no where to store them. A few tweaks and this would be a perfect game. But is still well worth the money. The graphics are good. Just wish the metals were more shiny and metal looking because the leather or skin walls are fantastic.
Well thought out gameplay, hard, fun. Aesthetically simple game but from the first second you're blasting enemies and the main mechanic (shooting stuff) feels good. Difficulty keeps increasing and limited checkpoints works in games favour (hard).
Overall I enjoyed and recommend people give it a shot if they want to mindlessly burn some time with a fun game. I think to get people to play longer sessions, some variation in the music and maybe lighting would help a bit, though there are some well designed areas that use scale, height, and the positioning of enemies (eg from above, below, around corners etc) to add a little variation.
Simple, Challenging, and FUN. This game will take you by surprise. It gets straight to the action, straight to the fun. If you’re having a hard time finding a fun game for quest, look no further
The Shooter Game I've Been Looking For. If you love old school platform shooters, then this one is for you. It's challenging yet addictive. This is not your average shooter game and it just might take you sometime, but you won't want to stop.
There are hidden rooms with med packs and weapons, so keep an eye out for those. You never know when you'll need something.
It runs really smoothly, which impressed me. I didn't feel any motion sickness, which really makes me happy. It means I can keep going.
I am a huge fan of indie games and shooter games. The more challenging, the better. This one definitely takes that on.
First Person Platform Shooter. The first thing to say is you will die a lot playing System Critical: The Race Against Time, the developer was inspired by the old school platformers, where one hit or a badly timed jump will force you back to the beginning, until you have made it to the few and far between check points.
There are supplies. To pick up along the way, such as health, shield points or weapons.
You may think that a run and gun approach will help you to fly through levels, but enemies, o vê they have spotted you hunt you down, partner this with moving platforms and leaps across to other platforms.
At the end of each level you get to face a boss and defeat them so he next no that you can move on to the next level. This battle turned to me bouncing around the arena with the boss following me.
The levels are a long open plan corridors, at times requiring you to climb stairs, they become futuristic puzzles, where enemies can hide or hound you and timing of a jump is crucial. Visually they look like the are from Unreal Tournament. Controls are smooth and never cause an accidental death, no, the deaths will be down to your own errors.
If you long for a challenge based on games of a golden era, then this is for you, only down side for me, I would of liked the game to have gone a little easier on me with a few more save points.
True Mega Man Nostalgia. System Critical is one hell of a game! This gives you all the feels you would need to be a full Mega Man VR title. The game is hard and challenges everything you know about platformers all while listening to a DOPE soundtrack!

MegaMan styled VR Is here. Now blast em. The Megamanic style of VR Retro- ness is right here If you loved MegaMan then this is for You!!
What more could you want .. you have full movement from the moment you pick up an arm gun and start blasting to peeking around corners. All this in a retro looking stylized game with badguys everywhere you go. So blast away and navigate your way through to the BOSS for each level not an easy task I assure you.
The musical score in this is phenomenally satisfying as you progress your way through the levels. The satisfaction of knowing you need to kill or be annihilated and stay on the move. Provides me with what I look for in a VR game.
From the moment I pick up my arm gun it's all on. This really brings out the old school retro-ness feeling of running about a nicely detailed environment with not even a 2nd thought of what's coming next... its just you and your weapon.
This is well thought out and with the added power of VR you can definitely feel immersed
I often found myself jumping to shoot something off in the distance or peeking around a corner with my gun at the ready.
It's certainly relentless and it never gives up!! It offers a real challenge and I often found myself dying and jumping straight back in to try again thinking I'm going to get you.
The movement seems to work well with zigzagging and bounding between platforms and with a double jump added to the mix for those slightly bigger areas.
The AI of the baddies out to get you is really strong, And believe me they won't back down i often found myself up close with the enemies which makes for some awesome and enticing screen shots Look out for weaponry and explosives to help you along your journey to wipe them out. The way to play is up to you, either way you will come out with that feeling of satisfaction.
There are 2 health bars which you can view on your opposing hand to your gun these show your Armour and your health both of which can be replenished when you stumble across each one during your gameplay.
Be sure to keep an eye on them as they go down extremely quick with all thats going on around you.
The sounds in game are very cool, and not just the odd pew pew here or there badguys blow up so you know they are gone.
I feel the whole got to get to the end of this level totally satisfying with a great deal of challenge involved.
Believe me I have tried the whole run gun and don't look back method which was extremely the wrong way to go! Well for me anyhow!!!
So why not give it a try yourself ...
It's probably best to take them out to clear the way for you to progress.
The levels have everything from moving platforms ooh heck be careful! ( is all I will say... ) Blast your way through doors to proceed and make it to the checkpoints along the way that can be used as starting points.
I would highly recommend trying out this game it's a retro shooter with a difference and a great offering into the VR sector ...The feeling of MegaMan is strong in this one ....
I have been following this game since I first heard about it and really believe the developer has put a lot of effort into making it as good a retro hit as it needs to be with the level of challenge. The arm gun you no longer have to grip hold of it's glued to you and swappable from arm to arm which also caters well for left handed gamers out there
Definitely worth adding this to your wishlist folks one to keep an eye on.
I would love to maybe see different levels of difficulty added ie easy, medium,or hard to cater for everyone and maybe a settings screen on the main menu with audio settings that can be adjusted etc.
Now its time to jump back into the world of retro shooters but in Virtual Reality
Happy gaming everyone From Taz Enjoying what VR brings to gaming.
Retro Gaming In A VR World. This is a blast from the past. If you grew up playing the 8bit / 16bit genre of games, you will feel right at home in this amazing VR title. This game gives me strong Mega Man or Metroid vibes. From the hand canon, to the unforgivable platformer levels. This game will bring you back to the hard retro gaming days. Where you are going to die a lot, and restart the level until you have mastered it.
You and your trusty arm canon, grenades, shields and melee weapons will combat your way through a platformer bullet hell. You will be doing everything from shooting multiple enemies well jumping from moving platform to moving platform. The game is fast and not easy. You will do multiple play throughs to perfect the level.
The game has taken VR and Metroidvania and mixed them up into an immersive VR action adventure, that will keep you on your toes. I have not had so much fun playing this style of game in a long time. The VR experience will have you on edge and sweating as you try to make it just a little farther then last time. Remember to search for secret areas with goodies to help you on your way.
The gameplay mechanics feel great. From jumping through the levels, to targeting the enemies, it all feels natural and fluid. The levels are well designed and challenging, you will not get through this game in a single go. Instead you are going to have to work at it over and over like the retro days, until you know the level like the back of your hand.
If you enjoy shooters, platformers, Metroidvania style gameplay, this is a must have VR experience. You will relive those retro gaming days in an exciting VR world. So get your hand canon ready and dive into one of the coolest VR action platformers around.

A Really fun Run and Gun! So much potential! This is very much a Megaman inspired game. Gameplay loop is fun, Get from the beginning to the end and kill everything that moves. Some great level designs that invoke simpler times when finding secrets was better than lootboxes.
The games presentation is where it lacks though. I feel this could benefit from better art assets (more colors and more varied skydomes etc), more varied enemy types, a stage select screen to further invoke that Mega-vibe, and I'd also like to suggest a gesture for jumping. Doom VFR had a mechanic where you raise both arms to jump, I feel that would feel incredible here (BTW GREAT JOB on the jumping physics, it's much more precise than I thought it would be). Oh and maybe even do a slide move (either by ducking or pushing down on a stick while running). Or maybe a hoverboard item hidden away to easily fly past some harder platformer spots (like the rush jet).
Great job so far though! I've returned to it a few times (can't get past level 2 yet, almost made it.) and I can't wait to see what you add in the future. *and THANK YOU for adding Smooth Turning!
What an awesome game 🔥 🔥 🎮. Wow this game is fire 💯 you really have to check out this new version of Doom/Mega man like game. You run and shoot everything. Leave no one behind or it could be your last. Love playing this game. And i want more!
Megaman VR has Arrived. This is the Megaman in VR we have been waiting for, complete with hard, but fair game play that will keep you on your toes. Death reloads fast which is nice as you will die a lot. It has so much NES era charm but in VR. Takes me back. The enemy explosions might be my favorite on VR so far. So satisfying to see that puff of flame and smoke go up after each enemies death. More games need to do this. There is a lot of platform jumping which I thought might make me motion sick, but it did not at all. Got that music from the first level stuck in my head now just like the how those 8 bit classics did to us growing up. This is a fun game that anyone into Megaman should consider.
If potential buyers are looking for Alyx, or a polished big studio FPS, this is truly not it. What this is however, is an 8 bit classic, brought into VR with all its little nuances. That is repetitive textures, repetitive music, and repetitive enemies on predictable paths, BIG bullets that are slow (dodge) and old school health/shield packs. Just like Megaman, which has always been about these things, combined with muscle memory, button mashing goodness, the flow you get into and that sweet, sweet, sweet dopamine hit you get when you beat a hard area. And there are lots of hard areas/levels to enjoy here.
This is worthy game to get into over a few nights or more. I love supporting this sort of content as it is not going to make itself.
