Well Crafted Photo App. Having a demo version of this app is a good idea though with all of the positive reviews, and reasonable price, I just purchased it straight away. I was not disappointed. It's clear that the team behind this have a strong background in photography, and VR photography in particular. The provided sample galleries showcase what's possible and are inspiring. My 2D 'standard' and panorama images are presented in the app with clarity and a colorful, surrounding 'stage'. I am using a Quest Pro and a Quest 3. The ability to add my own *.mp3 music files is greatly appreciated. This is a very polished app supported by a team that is obviously dedicated to their product. Well done!
Best picture viewer in the VR World. I love to take 360 spherical panorama pictures with my Drone. Watching them with immerGallery on the Quest 3 is an amazing experience, way better than looking at those photos on even the biggest monitor. Stand in the Air and look around, up and down is so amazing. Very nice are those special effects like adding music and other things floating in the picture. Love the Santa cruising around that christmas season. Lots of options to choose for a better experience. Only the way of bringing the files via USB from the PC to the headset should be more easy, but that is a problem with the headset itself. Most times my PC don´t recognice the Headset as a file location. But i think immerGallery is on the way to be a No1 application for picture viewing. Wish Daniel and his team all the best! You´re doing an amazing Job.
Super VR photo viewer & beyond. I am not a pro photographer, but I am not a rookie either. Few months ago I decided to try to play with VR180 format, so I got a Canon R5 with dual fisheye lens. I searched around for the best way to watch my VR180 photos, but there is not much to choose from. It looks like the immerGallery app and Quest3 are the best available options. Initially I expected to use immerGallery only for VR180 viewing. But it turns out that this software is much more useful. Within few days I expanded its utilization to all types of still images.... be it 2D or 3D, flat, cylinder or sphere formats. By now I have been using this app for several hours each day to preview, select, sort, inspect or simply enjoy hundreds of photos taken during recent trips with multiple cameras (R5 VR180 rig, Panasonic 3D1, Fuji W3, RH1, Canon S90 dual cam rig, swipe panoramas). This app became my tool of choice for most of my photo viewing activities. The other important thing is that this app has a very good support. Since I started using it there were already two upgrades ... one with new features and the other with a bug fix and performance improvement. I highly recommend this app as a very intuitive, user-friendly and quite versatile photo viewing software. Heck, with only few point&click Quest controller moves I was able to quickly assemble a slideshow with built-in background music, sounds and visual effects.
Great way to view my 360 panorama images. I use immerVR for viewing my 360 degrees spherical panoramas. The app works very good with images from my Insta360 X3 and manually stitched panoramas (shot with my SLR). Sometimes the automatic recognition has difficulties in recognizing the image (in equirectangular jpg format) as 360-panorama, but this can easily be fixed by uploading in addition the “.immerVR file” (which you can create on the immerVR webpage). This also allows the addition of special effects. My favourites are the built-in audio files. It is much more fun viewing the images with sound. As in addition the customer service is excellent and highly responsive, I can fully recommend the app.
Great app for stereophotographers. I really like this app and the ability to make galleries combined with narration and music. The developer is also very friendly and helpful. Do get this and go hunt for impressive 3D galleries to look at!
Must-have for high-resolution stills. I use it for 360°-2D-pictures with 32768x16384 Pixels and it works fine. The immersive impression is fantastic. Recently I added 3D-pictures by the Canon Double Fisheye - no problem. Thanks to the stuff and their work!
Excellent Software and Support. Flawless, the software has work really well on the Quest3, no problems at all. I had a lot of questions that were not photography related and Daniel went out of his way to help me get the information and assets I needed. It could not have gone any better!!!!!!
Library of Realities.com review:. ImmerGallery enables the viewing of 3D stereoscopic images and 360-degree photography in VR a high degree of fidelity. It does not however support playback of any form of video.
The image viewer boasts the ability to automatically detect the format of any type of image file that you throw at it. Albums provide gallery thumbnails that are annotated to differentiate between 2D from 3D photographs, as well as square, 180-degree and 360-degree frames. The software handled everything we tried throwing at it.
ImmerGallery also offers zoomable maps for geotagged photography, options to add voiceovers and other background audio, and superimposed graphical effects that include rain, snow, butterflies, and even hot air balloons. We found the rain and snow effects to be a nice novelty, though the simplistic cartoon graphics that the hot air balloon layer adds to drone videos were an unnecessary distraction to us.
The menu system is mostly clean and easy to understand, though some of the design and UI choices could be further refined to reduce clutter and improve navigation. We're also pleased that the developer shows continued enthusiasm towards improving the product further, while providing excellent product detail on their website and YouTube channel.
If you're interested in checking out ImmerGallery but are uncertain about the price, they offer a demonstration version that includes sample images and allows you to view up to ten of your own images.
✅ High fidelity viewer that handles every format we could find. ✅ Lots of sample images and a demo version available. ✅ Strong developer support. ❌ Some questionable graphic design choices.
Scanning UPNP servers takes forever. I really want to recommend this software but I cannot right now. Right now the only method that allows you to watch your gallery is either download it from internet or copy it to internal memory of your device. Local media server scanning takes 15-30 minutes in my case and it wont be that of a problem if it was only one time but when you add pictures to your gallery you need to rescan again in order to watch them. Moon vr player literally takes 3 seconds to scan your server as it should be.
Excellent. I used this app with the Quest 2 headset, and now with the Quest 3. It has a wide range of settings to create a very immersive experience with my own SBS 3D images. Highly recommended.
Great but... Great app, but it needs to be easier to access user's own pictures. Hope that the developers can add the function to access images on local network or the Internet. This is very useful because I believe most users would not put all their images in the headset.

As the developer said, I can enable SMB in experimental settings. But I need to manually add IP address to access the device on my local network. The scan button seems not work for me.
And I found this app does not support some character codes, for example, it cannot show Chinese characters in the SMB explorer.
There is another problem: This app can only show 500 images in one folder, which needs to be improved in the future.
Honest bottom line review. Bought this based on majority 5 star reviews Menu interface confusing will not recognize vuse 3d 360 3d photos they are top bottom format must manually adjust settings and on nas server crashes force closes when open about every 10th photo music annoying this app needs work it would be nice if can fine tune the depth and have zoom in out on 3d 360 photos like some other apps. I advise not to buy this app till these glitches are cleaned up
great presentation for 2D and 3D photos. I was already enthusiastic about the demo version, but the full version tops everything again. I imported a 360-degree 3D image of a skybox, including a music file, and the experience is terrific, totally immersive. Great work done by the developers. Congratulations!
Best 360 / 3D / Panorama Photo Viewer. €15 for a photo viewer is quite a steep price. However, clear focus on (360) photos and panorama, nice GUI, and SMB support are excellent. Nice feature: the catalog of downloadable photo “slideshows” has many beautiful images and serves as inspiration for your own shots.
Wonderful. I've finally subscribed to the payng full version of Immergalley, all the more so as, as a new comer in metaquest the credit was offered by Meta as a welcome gift. I absolutely don't regret this subscription. This application is simple and astounding. It allows me to look at my pictures and see my characters in real size. I can listen also to some musical backround. I can even look at my own appartment with the special option of passthrought camera. And then all objects appear as if they were drawn with a white line. Every time I have a question I can write to the developpers who answer me nearly the same day. I feel a great gratitude for their advice and attentions and of course for their application.
Fantastic app to display 360 panoramas. I'm using this to showcase my 360 stereoscopic renderings from Lumion to clients/users and it works wonderfully, including easily moving from one image to the next. I searched for days among outdated apps and overpriced packages before I found this gem. I can't believe there aren't more like it that actually works.
