It’s affordable. Accessible. And totally anonymous.
Pleasantly surprised! Been using this app since a couple of months, and have to say I never expected to have this kind of supportive community and experience on vr…so pleasantly surprised! The meeting topics scheduled are relevant, the coaches inclusive and helpful, the members are good people with valuable insights…so glad I joined! Somebody designed the worlds with a lot of love…they are absolutely beautiful! They keep adding new stuff and the resources and teachings are super useful. This was an absolute treasure found, so glad 💗
Innerworld: A place for compassion. I love this app. Innerworld has really given me a community, but also the realization that I am not alone. It’s helpful to have a virtual space to meet, talk with others, with similar struggles, and to find practical ways to make changes in our lives in a non-threatening way.
I spend more time in this app than any other app. Thank you.
A breakthrough app for mental health! I am so relieved to find an app that has experienced guides and likeminded individuals to support my mental health journey! It’s a safe place where you can discuss your problems and find strategies to overcome your limiting beliefs.
Superb and refreshing VR experience... It's a amazing app. Speaking to very friendly and understanding people. Never encountered any trolls or screaming underage kids. Just mature adults that genuinely want to help each other. Highly recommended.
The most beautiful VR experience so far. Within the first few minutes of using the app I met a member who was very nice to me and introduced me to one of the coaches. We talked a little and they invited me to a meeting, I told them I was nervous (I struggle with social anxiety), and they told me it was ok If I didn't want to talk. However, I felt so inspired by listening to other members that I was able to share a little bit about me and I felt very welcomed. I had been wandering in other VR social apps trying to meet people, since I thought it would be easier for me to socialize in VR, but suprise! social anxiety translates pretty well to this environment, so, to find a safe place where people understand you might be struggling with something in life, makes it so much easier to open up. I have been using the app for two weeks now, I've attended a bunch of meetings, including one about social anxiety, and I have learned so much from the coaches and other members, not to mention there are other activities you can engage in just for fun. This place has truly inspired me to look inside myself and make positive changes in my life. The worlds are visually stunning and there's a sense of community that makes the whole experience feel like a dream.
Wonderful Community and Resource. As a member of Innerworld for the last seven months, I have had the opportunity to spend time in this supportive, welcoming community. I have been able to listen to and sympathize with others’ experiences, which allows me to have different perspectives and revelations regarding my own life. I have also had the chance to share about my own struggles with my mental health journey, which is always received with warmth and unending support. Innerworld is a place where many different individuals come together for a similar purpose—to uplift and support one another as we navigate life, especially as it interconnects with mental health and wellness. This community is kind, open, and encouraging, creating a safe space to share and learn. I especially enjoy the open discussions about a number of topics like Compassion, Overthinking, Maintaining Friendships, etc. With many other meeting types, like weekly check-ins about life, everyone has a place in Innerworld, and I am glad that I’ve found my place there as well.
Such a great app. Amazing helpful App with great community and excellent coaches,
The Brilliant Moderators do a great job keeping under age kids, trolls and trouble makers out of the app. The artists and developers of this app have done a great job... and keep updating it, This is a great vr escapism place to get insights and help from others sharing and going through similar day to day struggles etc.
It's such an great app that i recommended to anyone going through tough times or just needing to connect and share their difficulties in a supportive vr environment...Excellent..
A nice touch is that you can support this app and give a small tip to the coaches for giving their time to help...
Positive vibes and supportive peer group. Despite my social anxiety irl, in innerworld, I've been able to overcome such anxiety by facing my fears and being allowed to speak on my own behalf. The screening process is in place in good faith as an attempt to weed out the cyber bullies, internet trolls, and minor children, rendering the app as a truly safe ADULT space focused on peer led mental health support groups and offer various tools accessible by it's members for use in coping with and working through those everyday issues everyone has like anxiety, depression, trauma triggers, and much more. No this app doesn't replace professional help or crisis intervention, but it does allow you to connect with other people going through similar problems and gives an emersive safe space to be amongst adults who genuinely care about the wellness of one another including those in the LGBTQ+ community. Stay within the community guidelines, and you'll find yourself welcomed into the innerworld fam.
Not Very Inclusive. As an application described as a safe space I was very excited to try this out. After setting up my account and then doing the screening process I was excited to enter the Hub! Once I did so I was greeted by five people and then pressured to speak by someone labelled as a "coach" claiming they needed to verify I was above 18. They placed markers in my hand and when I wrote I had social anxiety and wasn't ready to talk they disabled my push to talk and basically forced me to speak. This basically induced a lot of stress and panic. I had just loaded into the hub and wanted to explore I did not expect to be forced into such an uncomfortable situation and I will not be returning to inner world because it is NOT a safe space if you are someone who has issues socializing.
Talk it out :). Life is filled with challenges and successes. We push through the obstacles and try to enjoy the achievements. But what do we do when the challenges seem unbearable, and the successes don't bring us the joy they used to? I didn’t know how to answer this question, and with the isolation of covid, I felt alone in my thoughts.
I accidentally found this app while searching for free VR games, not anticipating the impact it would have on my life.
I'm not going to ruin the surprise. All I will say is try it out. I promise you it will be worth it, and if for some reason these reviews did not persuade you, remember You are not alone, and if things get tough, we will always be here when you’re ready!
Engaging, inclusive, and accessible. InnerWorld has been a window of opportunity for members and coaches alike, as it allows people to present themselves in vulnerable ways, yet still keeping an element of anonymity if a person wants it.
InnerWorld coaches host a series of events that are structured around peoples varied experiences and backgrounds, that makes it an inclusive and safe space for anyone wanting to express themselves and seek peer support.
The virtual nature of InnerWorld makes it accessible to people from across the globe, as it can be accessed from mobile and computer devices, along with virtual reality headsets.
Overall, it really is an innovation that is being used to help people and provide a space of authenticity and support!
I Don't Always Feel Heard. Firstly the community is wonderful, kind hearted, supportive. However being a person with high social anxiety I sometimes can feel... overwhelmed.
Sometimes I don't feel heard and sometimes I feel that there is too much going on. I'm introverted to an extent and prefer much more smaller groups and one to one conversations. Sometimes I feel like I'm a bit of a nuisance, and that in turn causes me to judge myself.
The overall take from this is you have to be careful when mental health is involved. If it gets overwhelming then go to a different world within the app. You don't have to respond to people, because everybodies mental health is different. Some may have social anxiety, some might want to talk a lot and all of that is one hundred percent fine. We're all different. Inner world works around a central hub which has portals connecting to sevrrla different worlds. In these worlds is where various different support groups happen. So if for example a person maybe struggling with depression, then there is a meeting for that. The meetings are structured well, and the coaches are very helpful and supportive but I have to be honest. Inner world is not a replacement for professional help and I feel that it can be easy to forget that. When launching the app for the first time, it does clearly state that Innerworld is not a replacement for mental health treatment, but I'll say this again, it is easy to forget things, especially when being so immersed in this virtual reality world. It temporarily makes you forget your problems, your life. Now while that is a good thing, it can become unhealthy if you become too dependant on the services provided.
The final take away is this. Mental health is fragile and this app should be treated as such. Don't ever feel pressured. If you don't want to talk then don't force yourself to. Sometimes like to just hang out in a world alone and then there are days where I want to talk for hours. Finding that balance though is important.
Great place to talk. Just recently found this app and found it very welcoming. I know this app isn’t a replacement for professional mental health care. However, sometimes we just need an ear to listen, a place to feel connected and know we are not alone in some of our life struggles. I find the coaches and admins very helpful and they can and do give you resources for places that you can reach out to if you’re in a crisis. This community doesn’t judge and I find all members very respectful. They also have game events which I found fun because sometimes we just need that time to decompress and connect. Thank you to the developers, coaches and administrators and everyone in the inner world community ❤️
A place to be myself. This is a life changing community. There is allot of caring people and it makes a huge difference. I have been going through allot and through this community I have found friends, positivity, and a sense of belonging.

Oh my got!

Oh my got! One day, I was playing Innerworld as usual, but suddenly an error occurred and I logged out for the first time. I was so surprised, but calmed down and typed my email and password, but the message was like this "Your account is under review, check your email" So I checked my email but nothing came up I was so sad.(I tried to try with other emails, but failed.) I hope Innerworld can tell you the solution
I don't know where I would be without it. Help club has brought me from feeling like there was no hope to smiling every day and waking up with a new perspective! I have spent the last 3 years never leaving my house except to visit my children. This was not due to covid, it was all social anxiety. I have been in counseling for 3 years , once a week , every week. Within 4 months on help club, I have been going out, socializing more and I have a much better relationship with those in my life. Even my counselor noticed the difference! The people I have met have helped me in ways I thought nobody could. Knowing that there are so many people out there who share the same issues and understand exactly what you're going through is a huge support! A complete life changer! Totally non judgemental place where you truly be yourself (you know, the one we hide from everyone else) . If you are having any emotional or psychological issues in your life, trust me you NEED THIS!
Awesome community. It is a peer led mental health community that holds events multiple times a day. The events might be about a particular psychological or therapeutic topic, or just checking in with how each other are doing. The community is super supportive and usually pretty informed from their own therapy or reading experiences.
It's a pretty odd phenomenon how open and supportive the whole world is. I've learned a lot from everyone, not just the coaches.
A safe space to authentically connect. This supportive community got me through the pandemic, feeling a sense of belonging and connection. Every day there are group coaching, workshops and events. Where you can share your challenges and celebrate your breakthroughs. Whether it’s a guided meditation in a moon lit pool, discussing the day amongst zoo animals, learning new coping skills on a space station or sharing stories around a camp fire, this is my VR community and home. Real people, real community and Very Real Help.
Very good. The community is very nice, and the coach is very supportive. There are a lot of events about mental health talks, or just hanging around. I've been playing this almost everyday since I installed.

Amazing idea that will be a gamechanger. I was told about this app from a friend and streamer I watch on Twitch. As a Executive Director of a mental health and suicide prevention charitable foundation I am always looking for new things that help and engage people . HELP CLUB is truly mind blowing at how good it is, the worlds, the help, the peer to peer focus. It truly is now one of my most recommended places people can go and get understanding and hope.
I find myself just strolling in the worlds in vr as they are so calming and grounding. However I have used the phone app and the desktop as well, truly a brilliant cross platform system.
As they grow I am so happy I am part of this amazing community, and the help it provides.
