We are gradually adding more and more content around our core game mechanics – crafting – surviving and mulitplayering.
There is already a lot to do inside OceanCraft: - Survive alone or with your friends (cross platform multiplayer) - Collect trash from the ocean - Build you own base with pallets, walls, tables, chests, etc. - Grow and harvest plants - Fish fish with your fishing rod - Cut and grill fish and vegetables - Craft multiple helpful or decorative items and tools - Have multiple different save games/build vehicles - Play private games with your friends, or open a public game and connect with other OceanCrafters - Ingame voice chat - Fight against hunger and thirst - Collect materials by shooting balloons with your slingshot - Find
If you have not got a oculus yet but plan on it use this code and you will get $30 bucks for free and you can use that money to buy games when you get your oculus. It will also work if you got your headset less then 7 days ago.
Multiplayer Bug. I like the game a lot I have played a lot as well but one morning when I woke up to play the game I clicked multiplayer and it was not working I tried EVERYTHING (to my knowledge) This game would have 5 stars for me only if multiplayer would work again. Finally if someone who helped make the taught me how to fix the glitch I would show my gratitude by giving 5 stars instead of 3. This is an honest review.

No sex. I rate this a 5 star because it is very fun but still waiting for the sex update
MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THIS GAME! This game has about 2-3 hours playability for each raft you make. You can’t expect to build a base either because of the material coming in at such a slow rate.
So basically materials float to your raft and you collect and expand your raft, but you can only expand to a certain point til you reach a limit with how much progress you can make because of how limited the materials come in.
The loot comes in at the same rate all the time, the bigger/longer the raft doesn’t increase the amount of material in the ocean. The materials only stay about 10 tiles to the very east of your base.
I just ask for the devs to make it so while you progress your base it also progresses the material you get at a faster rate. Make it so the Material doesn’t just stay on the same 10 tiles. It makes the game pointless and you can’t build anything.
Amazing game with tons of potential! With a unique artstyle low price high replayability multiplayer progression amazing updates and lots of room for more. I bought this game when it just came out on sidequest and seeing it progress like this is truly amazing watch. Me and my friend have and still spend hours on this game perfecting our raft and reaching the end of the game. This is definetely one of the best games i have which is alot considering b&s bonelab etc Whoever is looking at this i hope you enjoy your time playing this game because i definetly do.
Great game. This game is fun and has so much potential to become even better. Like making the graphics better and adding more items in the game. Having more option of difficulty would be nice too. But the most improved thing they could do is increase the graphics.
My new obsession. I have only been playing about a week or so and this game has me so addicted. I love building, crafting, and expanding my raft. I already have my kid addicted, too! I love that you also select how your avatar looks and what it wears. Doing a great job, devs, keep up the awesome work!
6 stars but... This game is so addictive and fun but to honest it's just Raft (A PC game) but in VR which isn't necessarily bad but more features will be required to separate and make this game not a total rip from Raft however I do know that they are adding more features and yes it is in VR which does make me happy but that's what ports are for and if the creators of Raft (Beetroot studios I believe) wanted that then they want that but it's not the choice of someone else (unless Raft was open-sourced or something like that).
And I want I want you to realize I'm not hating on this game at all just saying it needs features that separate it from Raft too.
Anyways this game is really fun so I still would recommend it even still.
Note to the devs specifically: Anyways sorry if this comes off rude in anyway whatsoever and as a game developer I know you put a lot of effort into your game and will put a lot more into too.
Love it but theres a few problems. Me and my friends have spent hours building on ocean craft, we naturally grew 300 pieces of corn., but after all that our world was corrupted.
Best game on quest! This is easily the best game I have on my quest library! The progression of seeing your raft grow when looking back on your simple 2x2 in the beginning. The events like treasure maps and pirate invasions are super cool as well. Playing with friends make it 10x better.
The game is fun you should get it. The game is fun I love how there are islands now and there are so many things to do I am on day 56 in the game it's just the pirates they keep burning down my ship instead of 3 make in 2 plz and when is the next update coming because I am excited to see what u add next for the next update
10/10 game. I'm just going to be a critic in this review even though I still think it's a 5 star game. 1.Easy to survive, if u just die on your bed you respawn 2. Hard to grab things from your inventory on the middle bottom 2 3.Make it so when you open your inventory it is stationary, or make that option because I have shaky hands and sometimes it's hard to touch 4. You can't but walls on top of doors, so it makes some parts of the wall open 5. You can't grab stuff in bulk off of crafting bench's
That was my only problems, but other than that no glitches and I could list 100+ things I love about the game

Raft Lite VR - Best Bang for my Buck $10. Best simple fun survival game. Basically Raft Lite VR. A must buy for anyone who likes survival / crafting games. Executed well even in this state. Can't wait to see what else they put in this game!
Fun multiplayer game! If you could not already tell oceancraft is an ocean survival game where you are on raft and need to build better equipment this a lot more fun if you bring some friends along so you can goof off on you raft together
Has come a long way! (Edit: My wife of 20 plus years has been out of town for days and finally we were able to meet up on the Quest in this game. A lot has been added since I first tried this on Sidequest and I gotta thank the devs wholeheartedly for being able to hang out with my better half and enjoy some relaxed idle chatter as we both went about the mild tasking on our raft even tho she is over 1,000 miles away. Keep up the great work )
This game is def gonna be something special when all is said and done. Really fun co op and single player ocean survival, crafting, exploration and resource management. keeps getting better with each update. EDIT: to play private lobby, look where you see the hashtags and click on the eye. You will be able to see the invite code :)
