beautiful... just... amazing. This game is the pinnacle of horror on the quest. What's not to like? there stunning graphics. The controls are responsive. The story is amazing. You get a dog!!!! No spoilers or anything, but the story messed with me. Amazing physocological horror.
Most emotional horror game ever. Seeing how the character slowly loses his mind after realizing that he was never gonna make it out of the forest alive was just so terrifying and emotional. I played this game for 20 hours straight until I made it to the end. Really long game, would 100% recommend to anyone who just loves vr horror in general. 10/10, best horror game I've ever played.
Blair Witch is the best VR horror game?. Blair Witch had me always uneasy and scared not because of monsters but because of the eerie atmosphere. You take the role of a man called Ellis who is just trying to be a better person. He joins a search party to look for a missing child Peter Shannon. His dog called Bullet helps him on his journey, but it’s not just Ellis in these woods.
10/10 I would recommend to anyone who likes VR horror games.
Terrifying walk in the woods... Have been meaning to play this for a while, and it was worth the wait! Great story, and loved the interaction with Bullet - he genuinely is a reassuring presence on your journey. Some great ideas are used to help the story unfold, and a combination of the woods and weather combine to make for spine chilling experiences, and some jump out of your skin moments! Highly recommended - I now need to go and stand in a corner...
Quite the experience. I didn't boot up this game with high hopes, especially after seeing some of the reviews here. And boy am I glad I took that chance, because this game is amazing. It actually feels like a complete title, with clever puzzles, great atmosphere, a cute doggo friend, and a decent story. Oh, and it's scary as ****. Like, really.
I am also happy to say that I encountered exactly *0* noticeable glitches and bugs in my playthrough. Not sure what game that other reviewer was playing.
The game was a little on the short side. I think it took me about 6 hours including time I spent being lost, not knowing there was a crouch button, or just petting doggo. But I think I would have suffered a literal heart attack if it were any longer, so that's okay.
Kudos to the developers. I hope they make another game like this.

First off I’ll note that I had a nightmare one night, and somehow I conflated that mentally to relating to the Blair witch game in some way due to whatever weird phycological stuff goes into dreaming, so I put it on my wish list, kinda freaky that some of the atmosphere details matched my nightmare (early game, to not spoil anything I’ll just say that it’s at the point where the second tape takes place)
(My review) I bought this when it was 40% off because I’m a grubby little money boy, and honestly it was worth, I took like 14 minutes just having fun messing around with the in game phone than I started playing, game is fun, mechanics are interesting, and the atmosphere is peak, I guessed the combo to the bunker lock pretty easily so if you wanna do it just laterally go through combos until it unlocks, really fun, I’m gonna play through it again for the alt ending 👍

Fun but irritating. Fun to play, should be like 10 bucks cheaper. loved the dog. Beware of Vr sickness playing this game. I keep getting lost in the woods and going in circles, it’s VERY easy to miss something you need to pick up and then you spend a bunch of time walking in big circles trying to figure out what to do. I played for like 3 hours and a lot of that time was trying to figure out what to do. Nothing super scary has happened in that entire time I was playing and I haven’t played in again in a couple weeks cuz I kinda just gave up.
Slowly gets better and better. Great horror game, finally something with a decent story. Beginning is quite slow and boring but when we finally reach the cabin...
Just AMAZING. I just beat the game have to say did get me little jumps long story and the ones being so negative about this why even buy it this is worth the money no bugs very good graphics glad got this when it was on sale
Too many glitches. I want to give this game at least 4 stars but I just can’t do it. Nothing wrong with the storyline or the scares, but the scale of the glitches within the game make it extremely unplayable. The amount of times I fell through the map or got stuck mid-floor made this a very frustrating game to play. I would have hoped that they would have resolved any glitches before releasing the game. Very disappointing.
Glad I Gave it a 2nd Chance. I played this for a bit, liked the beginning, but couldn’t relate to the character, and then i got to the camp and it didn’t seem like anything was going to happen (like the boring movie) so i returned it. Later it was on sale so i bought it again and played it off and on. Unlike the movie, things do happen in this game. I really enjoyed walking around in the woods and I enjoyed the spookier parts. I didn’t figure everything out but was still able to complete the game. I don’t usually startle but there was 1 really good jump scare at the end. If you enjoy exploring woods in a creepy setting with occasional scares while trying to solve a mystery this may be the game for you. If you don’t and want a lot of action this may not be the game for you.
Blair Witch Review. First of the reson why im not rating this game five stars. in the beginning it was a little slow and character grow was a little slow in my opinion and the bond wasn't really conecting as far a story should go. I felt through out the game i often felt confused and back in go a corner. in the cabin i felt like i could really use my flashlight do to alot of events all at once and not full grasping the concept. Reson why im rating this four stars is simply die to the concept of the game as a whole and the story as a whole. During the beginning parts of the story it plays out slow and steady reeling you into tge plot and narratives of what trama does to some people an the negative things that happen due to the trama. I aslo enjoyed the ambiant sound ask you travers the wood i found my self often looking back makeing sure nothing was following me. I found amazment at the creature detail and appearance when first encountering the tree creature it gave me a good scare same with the creatrue on the tracks that was a good jump. My personal favorite was haveing bullet to be honest him being there made the whole experience a whole lot better and i oftenfound safty with bullet as he guidwd me thru the forest. Lastthing is tge game machanics where great from the flashlight alll the way to the whisle i loved it i enjoyed how using the camera my help you find clues, answer question, open doors or even warn you of ipcoming dangers. The flashlight of course has to be mentioned you have no idea how help the flashlight was. The dog whistle was a good tool in which being able to comand bullet was very helpfull.
