Amazing game. Here’s my review: More fun than NFL pro era in my opinion with more customization and you can even play WR. You can kick field goals and punt also, you can actually go for it on 4th down (unlike NFL pro era) Also, they update the game often and the devs work hard to make sure the game is perfect and almost has no bugs. the only thing is NFL pro era has better graphics and is more realistic. Soooo fun. I am gonna start this review in a way that may be perceived as negative, but it is not.
This game is a 5 out of 5 if you have slip covers for your controllers. Without them it is a 1 out of 5. This has nothing to do with the game, but the construction of the oculus controllers themselves. Let me explain. When I got this game, every time I tried to throw the ball my battery compartment covers would slide off. This sucked butt. It really made the game unfun. This game nails throwing mechanics, but with the Quest's construction it makes it almost impossible. However, with a good slipcase, you don't have to worry about it.
When purchasing this game(which Is a bargain) Factor in another 10-25 bucks for the covers. This cost will be worth it for other games as well.I realize I spent 2 paragraphs talking about this. but I can't stress it enough.
Now to the review. This game is fun. Throwing the ball is fun and feels accurate, not every pass will be perfect, but eat QB throws a perfect pass everytime? I bought this game on PSVR a couple years ago. but this updated version is miles ahead. The players used to be pogo sticks, but now they have legs! #LIT
The game has multiple modes and is just so much fun and exciting. Just buy it. It is a steal at the price! Support talented, independent studios!

In my opinion 2MD is the best football game on the quest store, it’s a fun arcade football game. The graphics aren’t the best like NFL Pro Era but the developers have done an amazing job creating thing game. You get to draw your plays, play as the quarterback AND wide receiver, and play a bunch of other mini/practice games. All of these features are not included in NFL Pro Era. 2MD also fires out constant updates which makes the game better and really fun to play. 10/10 the devs did an amazing job.

Take notes pro era! BUY IT! I bought this game in or a little before summer 6-7 months i would say but when the announcement for pro era i refunded myself and went on my merry way waiting for its realease. I was happy with pro era till i went back to 2md’s reviews and trailers and thought to myself “This is better!?” but it was! you can catch the ball, punt, kick field goals (kinda) make your own plays, its great! minor height issue for me but still awsome! minor height issue for me, slider helped but the teams still a bit taller.
Awesome Game. It is a very fun game, do not think it’s bad because of the graphics because you would be very wrong and if you do not get it you are missing out. It is easy to learn but hard to master type game, if you like football, this is a fun and cheap choice every football vr fan should have.

Outnumbered the nfl. This is the cheapest, but best football game for the quest. The graphics are like Minecraft graphics but I kinda like that. Unlike nfl pro era, you can play as a receiver. My UPDATED review. To put it this way: YES. This is the best football game in vr. Let me tell ya'll why you should download this game. 1. It's just better. It let's you draw your own plays and has such great game play. Like, bro how do ya'll not like this game it's low key the best. And like I said about the game play. It's GRRRRRRREAT (Yes that was a frosted flakes reference)
2. Gameplay is sooooo easy to understand. It's not like this: Okay welcome to -2 minute drill today we will teach you how to run. First you have to press every button on both your controllers and then you have you do the Pythagorean theorem and then you need to find all the digits of pie in under 3.14 seconds (see what I did there? 😏) and THEN- while he's going on Imma keep telling yall what's so good about the game.
3. The music SLAPS. ESPECIALLY THE INTRO. Like I start floating when that intro music plays.
4. There's wide reciver mode. Now yes it takes time to understand how to get really good at it. But eventually you'll get the hang of it. And if you don't like switching to the receiver, catching and running with the ball... There's always assisted mode. And so you new people don't ask. The sliders are located on the left side of your whiteboard.
5. The amount of stress you feel when you're down by 3 with only 2 minutes in the game... let me tell you something. I actually play football and let me tell you. There is NOTHING more stressful than being down by 3 the last two minutes of the game. So you guys did a EXQUISITE job- see ya'll got me using better language. Only one suggestion: overtime. Okay now hear me out. I hate to lose but when it says "tie" ooooooh I just have to take my headset off and calm down.
But that's it really. My review is a 100000/10 Just because it is so realistic, cheap, and just overall fun.
Btw, The physics after you stiffarm someone and they go flying or when you're fast receiver jukes a player so hard they go FLYING across the field or into the wall (and/or fans) has me dying all the time. 🤣 😂
But that's my review all in all BEAUTIFUL game.
But for now I'm just leaving it at that for now.

Better Than NFL Pro Era. I wasted 30 dollars on pro era when I should’ve just bought this first, game play is everything and this development team understands the physics that go into football, but the game especially if it’s on sale but even off sale it’s worth the purchase, I’m Professor jokasey from video gaming with Professor jokasey on YouTube
Ideas for the future. I messed up a little but from my first review. What I meant to say from attributes is upgrading them. Using the points you get in the playoff matches, you can use those to upgrade your stiff arm power, speed power, and throw power. And the defense thing, in the future maybe you can add that. I would also love to see a handoff feature and let your RB go wild. But this is probably the best game even without these things.

I’ve had this game in my wishlist for a couple months now & just couldn’t pull the trigger. I had a really difficult time imagining my Quest 2 capturing an accurate throwing motion, but WOWSERS, it really is accurate! I won’t go so far as to say this is the greatest football game ever but I can definitely say it’s the funnest one I’ve played in years. I actually feel like a QB, which, needless to say, is pretty awesome. This game is VERY rough around the edges and can feel like a demo at times. But for $10 (bought it on Sale), this game is a MUST BUY. This feels like it could be the start of something truly groundbreaking if they can find a way to combine this VR experience with Madden. This game makes me very excited for the future of VR Gaming, and the endless possibilities which lie ahead.
Awesome! This game really is great for football vr, I love being able to draw my own plays and see them come to life. I’d say the only thing that would be really awesome and complete the game would be like a season mode with standings and stats obviously I don’t know how that would work but it’s still an awesome game! 100% recommend.

I’m a kind of WR guy, I think it would be really cool if there was an option where at the bonus round, option 1 throw the ball through the rings.(now) option 2 catch the football with wr mode for points.

You can teleport to the WR and run to where the ball is thrown to catch it! Personally I like the zone catching the most!

You get to make your own plays!!
A full game franchise or a career mode, Multiplayer, and some more customization options are the only things that aren’t in the game that I would like.

The ONLY and I mean ONLY suggestion I have is adding an overtime feature. After being down 7 and getting a last second TD, nothings more frustrating then seeing TIE. Like this ain’t futbol (see what I did there😉).

Buy this over Pro Era 100% no question. Save yourself the time and energy of looking up comparisons and get this game. If you're a football fan, this is the best game you'll get on the market for VR, I've tried them all and refunded them all! The throwing mechanics are great for the most part. Sometimes you'll have some wacky throws but with practice you can zip balls like Peyton Manning. Another reason why you should get this over Pro Era is the catching mechanic. It honestly is underappreciated from a full experience standpoint. I love the feeling of throwing a nice deep ball, it teleporting to the receiver and you catching it for a large gain. This is more fun than Madden I don't care what anyone says.
Idk why but with Pro Era I could not figure out throwing. The reviews said to turn off pass assist, but no matter what I did I could not get a good ball thrown. I know this isn't a review for that game but I mention it because 2MD allows for so much customization to ensure you get the throws that are comfortable for you.
Honestly I could keep going on, but I'm so elated from the 2 fake championships I earned today. I can't tell my friends or family because honestly nobody would care, hence why I'm writing it here. This game is one of my favorite in VR and you should have it.
