SCAM: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP. FELIX & PAUL STUDIOS, SHOULD IMMEDIATELY ISSUE REFUNDS. BUT, INCREDIBLY, THEY ARE STILL SELLING THESE CURRENTLY NON-WORKING APPS!!!
Some four months ago stopped working. Felix & Paul Studios simply displays a B.S. message that informs that the app is experiencing technical difficulties, on which it is currently trying for fix. This same message, over and over again.
There certainly has been ample time to address this issue.
I do believe that the issue is not merely a "technical" one. Instead, I am substantially certain that there is some sort of contractual dispute between META and Felix & Paul Studios. It seems illogical that a purely technical issue is causing the same problems with three of the four apps. Please allow me to repeat myself at the risk of seeming crude: Felix & Paul Studios has had more than enough time to fix any purported "technical" problems. Accordingly, I think the company is deceiving us purchasers.
I purchased four Felix & Paul Studios apps: (1) Space Explorers; (2) Jurassic World; (3) Cirque de Soleil; and (4) Felix and Paul Studios. Initially, all four apps played perfectly, except for audio problems with the Cirque de Soleil. However, four months ago, all but the Cirque de Soleil app ceased functioning. Now, all I get is an error message each time I try to load the other three apps.
Please Hurry With A Fix. Apart from their Space app, there were some equally brilliant videos within this app.
I used to enjoy watching the NOMAD content within this app but now since the app isn’t working, the only one that is listed within Meta Tv, is the Maasai video. Would you be able to upload the remainder please, or are those videos damaged?
The work that Felix and Paul put into these videos are second to none and deserves Five Stars and sincerely hope there will be a fix to their apps.
A Meta update wrecked their audio codecs. Hey everyone, these guys are awesome and produce amazing content in the space! Unfortunately a recent Meta update screwed up their audio codecs across most of their apps. I don't believe it was their fault and it is likely pretty complicated to fix. I'm sure they are doing everything in their power to get it worked out. I like many others are disappointed that a lot of the content isn't available in the apps and are hoping it gets fixed as quickly as possible. Alot of the content is available to stream in the meantime. The situation really sucks for everyone involved but, I don't think hitting them with 1 star reviews is really warranted if you understand the situation. That being said Felix and Paul, a disclaimer should probably be on all affected apps until this issue is resolved to prevent people from unknowingly downloading and purchasing apps that aren't currently working. I hope everything gets fixed asap because I really miss everything!
Loved it, paid for it, now broken. It's been weeks that "they are experiencing a technical problem". Considering they took money for content I cannot reach it's pretty frustrating. I had expected better from them
Tell us. Felix and Paul not working I have been getting messages for a few weeks stating this but no idea how long it will take to fix and when I can access it again. Felix and Paul show some 1st class stuff and I actually miss the stuff they produce. Could we just be kept up to date.
