　1.酢酸ナトリウム100g、蒸留水12g、漢方薬のジッパー袋、ジオンインク、金属チッカーを用意する。
　2. 酢酸ナトリウム100gを漢方ジッパー袋に入れる。
　3. 酢酸ナトリウムの入った漢方ジッパー袋に蒸留水12gを入れる。
　4. シオニックインク1mlを漢方薬の再密封袋に入れる。
　5. 金ダニを挿入し‏、‎袋を密封する。
　6. 重湯を取り付けたホットフライトのスイッチを入れる。
　7. ジッパーパックをホットプレートから取り出し‏、‎冷ま‏す‎。
　ジッパーパックが熱いので注意する。
　8.金属テロップを押し‏、‎その刺激で固化し‏、‎固化熱を放出する状態の変化を観察する。
　9. ジップロックバッグをウォーターバスに戻し‏、‎液化させる。
　10. 液化したジップロックバッグをウォーターバスから取り出す。
　11. ジップロックバッグを冷蔵庫に入れる。
　12. ジップロックバッグを冷蔵庫に入れ、酢酸ナトリウムが固化するのを観察する。
　結果ハンドウォーマーに入れた液体に金属製のカチカチで衝撃を与えると→ 液体が固体になり、固化熱が放出される。
