I love this app. This was one of the first apps that I used… I loved it because I was able to set up a free art gallery. And then when I found out I could play my content on giant screens I was blown away… You can literally do this without spending thousands of dollars and be able to connect with people from places you’ve never been… as long as you don’t throw away any money that you’ll miss, this is a great pre-beta app to be involved with.. get to networking! I’m infiniversin’!
I see massive potenial. I visited this app over over a year ago and I did not buy anything. A friend of mine purchased plenty of apartments, he understood this would be a multi-year process. I eventually came back and saw the improvements.
Before I buy anything I tend to do a bunch of research and take a hard look. I see the potential of this app project. I've met some really nice people, even a few complaining about the app, but it seemed to me they had no vision and complained about everthing. VR has a long way to go and so does this app. That being said, this is uncharted territory rules change and devs have to adjust. I love the potential of Multiverse, this appears to be a massive project that will take time to evolve. From the growth I've seen, new menues, some untilities etc.. this not a scam (scammers don't grow). I'm too late for purchasing cheap plots and very cheap apts, but people who did I believe will see future benefits.
I'm not saying people don't have a right to complain, complain all you want. Especially when you spend your money.
This metaverse as well as others will require widespread adoption and acceptance to realize its full potential. It will take time for individuals and businesses to embrace this new digital realm and integrate it into their daily lives. I believe you must be patient and supportive of this adoption process, understanding that it will evolve gradually rather than overnight. YES, more than couple of years.
Revised after 2 weeks. The events are nothing. No guide no QandA nothing coordinated. There are no events. Beware when you purchase property you do not retain what you buy. They grow buildings after your purchase. Yes there’s a disclaimer that this is pre-beta and the building may be torn down but promises to build back better. I have no way to find where you’ve moved me to. Be sure to join discord and learn before you charge in. Meta coins are not convertible to cash so any profit you make is virtual only. Developers used to be on discord and in app constantly but not anymore. I was initially very frustrated with lack of info again make sure you join discord and read FAQ and links HTTPS://discord.gg/ppNYA3fAke
SCAM - Stay Away. This app is simply a scam. It’s promoted as the development of “web3” in which the Devs from the beginning have sold it as an investment opportunity with the promise of real world returns. It’s a scam. They started with no actual vision which has led to some extremely poor and irreversible decisions that will never allow it to become an investment of any sort. Yet the devs keep promising the new users the same. 3 years going and it’s still in Pre-beta with zero signs of growth. Meanwhile the devs are getting rich off the innocence if new users while falsely promoting the product. What they are doing is criminal at least.
Pre-Beta Shows Great Future Promise! Ever evolving, this app shows great promise for the future of the internet in VR! This development team has an amazing grasp of their audience of socially engaged players. They carefully and strategically roll out new items and fun events that never fail to entertain. I see the Multiverse as an opportunity to be involved from the very beginning. There's a lot of functionality that needs to be improved. But, hey ...it's pre-beta yet. I think improvements are bound to be made sooner rather than later. Empowering users as creators by providing accessible tools for designing virtual spaces and fostering collaboration would elevate the Multiverse app to new heights, revolutionizing the way we engage with virtual realms. We eagerly await future updates that address this aspect and further expand the boundaries of what the Multiverse has to offer.
Absolutely bonkers but fun space. I felt a lot of confusion at first with this app but I have percevered and had a pretty fun time so far. After a breif tutorial on how to move around you start off in your house. You then go through a portal to a place that looks like a shopping mall. You can also use the menu on your wrist pop up to trafel to places. One of these places is infact a whole other world called the Infiniverse. I wondered around the infiniverse just talkimg to myself. I was looking at a property and didnt have enough coins to make a bid, I was kinda voicing aloud and someone amswered me and told me how to buy coins, that was kinda weird but they seemed pleasant enough, it was a couple of freinds who were trying to buy apartments next to each other.
I teleported into someones apartment next and there was photos of this couple on the walls and a video playing on the wall, a couple of people were milling about on the balcony. I was about to go and talk to them but I somehow went theougn a portal into a world dedicated to dogs.
Messing with the menu I found a way to buy an apartment in the infiniverse, I had to buy more coins but it was only like $1, I then spent another $2 to give my apartment a theme. I really like the Tiki theme it looked really good. I then connected my accounts as advised because I wanted to put some pictures on the wall. Confusingly this process created a blank Multiverse which I named and applied a few banners to. I selected the free option just for now but I might go for the $6 a month subscription because that allows extra features like uploading videos, I think that would be neat to have a little movie theatre going in my apartment.
So at this point im completely confused, I have a house in the multiverse that I started in, an apartment which I have purchased in the infiniverse and a blank multiverse as well.
I spent another hour exploring, found a lovely zen spa and walked the streets of the infiniverse. Bonkers!
Love This. I guess this is an amazing feeling in the VR world 🌎. I am satisfied with the Space in this game. I am learning more and more as I get involved with the app. It shows nice decent ways to get involved.
My real review:. My original review was positive because they gave everyone a chance to win a storefront if they wrote good reviews. But reviews are meant to be honest, so I’m changing my tune. There’s really not much to do in this app. The zombie game is not good. The planetarium is alright. Then there is the Infiniverse. I spent more than I should have in there. I felt like I was investing in something with no clear plan on where the app was heading. I know I didn’t spend nearly as much as many of the other “investors”, but I still feel regrets about spending anything at all. I think what made me think it was an investment was because they sell storefronts. One problem is that there is barely any traffic in there to see the storefront. Another problem is that a person could spend a good $100-700+ on one of those, and if one decides they want to take a break from the subscription (because the app is boring as heck) they lose that expensive storefront. They should be able to keep it, being so expensive. You can’t even get videos to work without spending at least $10 a month. So no. It’s not necessarily a scam, but it has predatory energy in a way. They put a special statue in my district for Halloween time, and that was nice of them, but I cannot justify spending any more money on this app. So I’m gonna lose that storefront that I already spent over $200 on.

Thoroughly enjoying this app! I am enjoying this app! It's been an incredible experience connecting with people worldwide and collaborating on such diverse projects – from exciting business ventures to organizing immersive retreats, delving into AI, and beyond. The social aspect is just as amazing. I've created a virtual gym, a woman’s book club, a virtual gym, FEM Global (a fantastic community for female entrepreneurs within the Metaverse), and a Diversity of Gifts community, where we gift our skills, talents, and services. This app has truly transformed how I connect and engage – and my daughter loves seeing how much fun I’m having. She tells all her friends, “my moms a gamer “😂. I’m looking forward to where the app is going, being we are only in pre- beta. If you want to check out the Women’s World I created in this app, here is a link to the website, womensworld.io
Happy to voice my experience so far. As an artist, I've been using the Multiverse app on VR Quest since its beta release, and it has been an incredible experience. The app offers a unique and immersive way to showcase my artwork, set up galleries and virtual stores, and even sell custom merchandise like pictures, blankets, keychains, and puzzles featuring my creations.
For me the app's standout feature is the effortless upload and display of my art pieces, whether they are digital art, photography, or traditional watercolor paintings. The three-dimensional rendering creates a surreal experience, making it feel like stepping into a private exhibition.
One delightful surprise is the ability for visitors to click on a door in my gallery, leading to my actual art website, where they can order merchandise and ask questions without leaving Multiverse. This opens up new possibilities for monetization and engagement with my audience.
Multiverse is continuously improving, with developers actively seeking user feedback and working on new features. The diverse range of communities and districts within the app, like Mardi Gras, Bitcoin World, PARANORMALVERSE, Jetpack City, Paradise City, Woman’s World, Empire City, Black Wall Street, The Butterfly Garden, Cherry Springs, The LBGTQA community, a large Mall area called Lakeside and one of the best tutorials for this app called Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy and more, adds to its appeal.
In conclusion, the Multiverse app on VR Quest is a game-changer for artists and creatives. It’s a great way to meet people! Its immersive experience, interactive features, and merchandise options make it a must-try for anyone exploring virtual reality. I'm excited to see what the future holds for Multiverse and how it will continue to empower artists and other types of users alike.
Game is a Scam Profiting Off Players. Just let it be known this app has been out for maybe 3 years now.
What is the Multiverse?: Well at first it was a planetary app to do star gazing and gather other planetary information. (Shady Activities) Some time after they were placed in the META Store they switched up entirely and made this "Multiverse" Where you Pay in game money for all these "Apartments" that were going to make everyone potential money in the future based of land/property selling and buying. Businesses being brought into the app. They preach how there were 100's of thousands of players in the app and BIG Businesses When there was not.. The first year they claimed they sold over 200,000 apartments, then opted to open storefronts (where one could link a real business website and generate traffic from inside the app) and selling them from anywhere from $90 to $700. Once you bought store property you were forced to pay a monthly fee anywhere from $10 to $100 a month. After they did all this and got there monthly residual income they disappeared for a year and a half. Leaving all these people to continue to pay this monthly fee because if you didn't all your store properties purchases would disappear after you paid hundred some even thousands.
They took advantage of this and used that monthly residual income money to create an entirely different game while they made no updates to the application.
After months of people leaving there monthly plans and giving up on the app they decided to come back and offer yet again more products to purchase. Now there having "Events" where players who can advertise the most receive in game perks. Even going to the extent of having players write/review and like there own reviews. "Who ever can get the most review likes" scenarios to draw in new players and have some type of proof to match there fake numbers they give out. It's a SCAM stay Away! Only people left in this app are people who spent thousands and don't want to abandon the ship. Pyramid Scheme.
Interesting app, great community. I have been using this app for quite a while now and it is different to what else is available on the Quest. If you're looking for something similar to VR Chat, then you may be disappointed as noted in other reviews. But if you're looking for something a bit different, or a bit more business focused, the Multiverse could be exactly what you are looking for. There is actually quite a lot to do in the app. They have the Planetarium which i have spent hours in, as well as rooms about Greek mythology and various statues to admire. I've even watched the Solstice at Stonehenge live within the app! Not to mention a very busy Zombie shooting game. The most active area of the app is within the Infiniverse door which takes you to an open world map with many buildings, areas and districts. People bought many apartments within the world and it is possible to own a store within the Multiverse/Infiniverse for your business. And last year it became possible to buy plots of land, similar to Decentraland but, without being on the blockchain as it is in Alpha. This has meant users can create their own areas with buildings and statues set up as they like. At the moment there is a large focus on Dragons and Dragon eggs, I personally have purchased a plot of land next to the first egg that was placed within the Infiniverse which involved a treasure hunt to find it. I am eggcited for the egg to hatch and felt it was time I wrote a review. There are many talented users within the app, who have created art galleries, added their business to stores within the app and generally have just been very creative with the current tools available. The community is great and love seeing new users explore the app. I look forward to seeing this app grow and where it goes next. And very excited to see the Three eyed Alien egg hatch into an amazing baby dragon.
This is not the app you're looking for. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
PLEASE do your research before spending any real-world money in this app.
While they will respond to this review and say you are not required to spend any money, currently, there is very little to do in this app, besides the planetarium or zombietown.
The apartments, plots and jetpacks all cost money. There's also a subscription fee if you want to play videos in your apartment.
So, while you "can" go in the app without spending money, you're extremely limited to what you can do without money.
Here's some quotes from FTL - none, to date, have happened.
***“Our goal is to help users of Multiverse / Infiniverse "generate a return on their investment" / make money.”
“We want to support a real economy, not a play one, in which real people can make real money.”
“We didn't set out to build a game, we set out to build the future of the Metaverse. Trading for real money has to be a part of that.”
“The ultimate goal is to allow users to buy and sell their properties on the open market.”
“Once properties are available to trade on the open market, it doesn't take a lot of thinking to see how an astute business person could generate a serious real-world return.”
“I think everybody who enjoys the property side of things would agree, if we're completely blunt and honest, that from a financial perspective the ultimate goal is a stable economy in which investors can make real world money, and the early investors (i.e., you guys) can make lots of real-world money!”
“There are many more subtle ways people can make real world money in the long run - I envisage a world in which people can run businesses, own stores, rent stores, advertise, stream etc etc.”
“When Infiniverse comes out of BETA, is available on all platforms, and is promoted globally as the de facto Metaverse… the value of your properties purchased in the early days will become very very real indeed.”
“We envisage lots of ways to make money via Multiverse...”***
...again, please do your own research before handing over your money, as there are no refunds.
Infiniverse is a scam. I'd give it a Zero. I'm not sure if this is a legal game? They take your money and nothing in return but buy more stuff. You can't get your money back, its not just a couple dollars but thousands, so it's just a money scam. If you make comments on discord or Facebook they (FTL) don't like they delete or ban you from saying the truth. Be warned!!!
