Pricing is unclear. Firstly, I am certain that this software is excellent compared to others. However, I find the pricing to be extremely vague and unreasonably high. As my trial period was about to end, I received an email stating that I would need to pay €218.75 per month going forward.
I don't understand why it is €218.75. Before subscribing, I had three options: Free, Pro, and Enterprise. I chose Pro, and your official website clearly states that Pro is €35/user/month (min. 5 users), which seems to mean that I am required to pay for 5 users. However, there are times when I might not need to use it for 5 users or even have fewer than 5 users. Even for 5 users, it should be €175, not €218.75. I don't understand how this €218.75 is calculated. So, if I need 10 users, do I need to pay €350? I am very confused by this pricing, and the information on your pricing is quite vague. Initially, I thought it would be a very affordable price for our small business. In reality, the pricing is excessively high. As a result, I canceled the subscription renewal after the trial period. I hope you can provide a reasonable explanation, and at the very least, your official website should have clear and transparent pricing information to avoid misleading consumers. Thank you.

Great App. Brilliant app which allows for virtual professional or casual meetings with a real life feel. You can share documents with eachother, interact with them, make notes and generally feel like you are in a real meeting in the comfort of your home. Its super interactive and is a well thought out programme. Ive seen negative comments regarding some technical difficulties, but honnestly, and I have been using this app for a while, they are minor and get fixed extremely quick. All apps will have some technical issues at somepoint, so just be patient, the developers have done an incredible job. Overall, fantastic app! Would highly reccomend.
Excellent and engaging experience.
