Pricing is unclear. Firstly, I am certain that this software is excellent compared to others. However, I find the pricing to be extremely vague and unreasonably high. As my trial period was about to end, I received an email stating that I would need to pay €218.75 per month going forward.
I don't understand why it is €218.75. Before subscribing, I had three options: Free, Pro, and Enterprise. I chose Pro, and your official website clearly states that Pro is €35/user/month (min. 5 users), which seems to mean that I am required to pay for 5 users. However, there are times when I might not need to use it for 5 users or even have fewer than 5 users. Even for 5 users, it should be €175, not €218.75. I don't understand how this €218.75 is calculated. So, if I need 10 users, do I need to pay €350? I am very confused by this pricing, and the information on your pricing is quite vague. Initially, I thought it would be a very affordable price for our small business. In reality, the pricing is excessively high. As a result, I canceled the subscription renewal after the trial period. I hope you can provide a reasonable explanation, and at the very least, your official website should have clear and transparent pricing information to avoid misleading consumers. Thank you.

Great App. Brilliant app which allows for virtual professional or casual meetings with a real life feel. You can share documents with eachother, interact with them, make notes and generally feel like you are in a real meeting in the comfort of your home. Its super interactive and is a well thought out programme. Ive seen negative comments regarding some technical difficulties, but honnestly, and I have been using this app for a while, they are minor and get fixed extremely quick. All apps will have some technical issues at somepoint, so just be patient, the developers have done an incredible job. Overall, fantastic app! Would highly reccomend.

beautiful and professional. The best platform for business meetings! MeetInVR always makes a good impression on clients. The environments are beautiful, clean and sophisticated (unlike other platforms, which can feel too cartoony for business meetings). You can move around the space with ease, and it feels like you are all really there together. The tools are intuitive and reliable.
Most intuitive VR collaboration tool. I love the design present inside the app, everything seems soo clean and aesthetic. Also, the features are simple and intuitive, no reluctant functions allow me to actually focus on things that are important in a meeting. Also they definitely have the best whiteboarding experience, very straightforward and fast.
Amazed with the experience. First time using a VR experience like this. It is impressive how much the room resembles the office it was inspired on. The development team is amazing, always open to suggestions changes and open to answer any questions you might have on how to use the room, controllers and others.
Top Tier Meeting and Collab Platform. I facilitate the XR4WORK community on Facebook and run the YouTube channel related to XR for business and professionals. I've gotten to look at many such platforms and MeetinVR has been one I return to again and again for my meetings. They provide all the essential tools needed to run successful meetings and presentations. So why do I score a 4 and not 5? My personal assessment is at this stage of the industry platforms are still growing and developing. Expectations for what can be done and accomplished in these settings need to be realistic. You can absolutely create presence with others and do some amazing things and accomplish most objectives. And the MeetinVR team is constantly iterating and updating the platform with new locations, features and tools. As far as some of the bad reviews here, users must understand this is a business tool and not a consumer platform or game! If your in the market for a virtual, professional meeting space, you should really check out MeetinVR.
Immersive and Responsive. I have worked with the professional version of MeetinVR for over a year from the Quest 2 headset. MeetinVR is one of the most intuitive and immersive VR collaborations currently available (and I have tried around 10 different platforms). The platform is quick and responsive and it feels very natural to engage with coworkers in the various MeetinVR rooms. If you are doing workshops you will find the whiteboards to be effective and useful as you can build a directory of your favorite templates that you can then easily "snap" to the whiteboard and work on.
Great, stable and easy system. I have used this for many meetings and absolutely love it. It's amazing and have found it very stable, leaving a stronger professional view of our meeting. My feedback from delegates has been consistently very positive.
Worst purchase I’ve made yest. Okay. When I first set this up, it was cool and interesting. Graphics were kinda fun. It was simple. That was day one. I tried to log in in day two. It kept taking me to the payment screen. I selected the free trial and was done with it. Now, over the fourteen day trial period, I was charged the subscription rate. That’s fine. If it worked. Now the darn thing won’t let me log in. I keep ending up at the payment screen. This is not an easy app to use after the initial trail. The support page is next to useless. Not a fan. I canceled my subscription.
Auto-charges to my bank??. So I signed up for meetinvr for the free trial to try out some of the paid features (on the 25$/month pack) expecting that if I decided to keep the subscription running I would start getting charged the 25-something dollars a month— WRONG!!
$317 DOLLARS. CHARGED TO MY BANK, talking bout “thanks for 1-year subscription payment of €275) who even charges in euros first of all, and second why did they take $300 out of my bank?? I signed for the monthly, and after my free trial I got hit with a $300 fee instead.
Its okay... I like it love it but he controls are very hard to control. I neither can't get the scribels out of the screen (if you know what I mean). No offense but I rate this a 2 star.
