Meta Quest 「Scissor Lift Safety and Operation」

　シザーリフトは‏、‎はしごや足場を必要とせず、作業員が安全かつ効率的に60フィートまでの高さに到達できるよう支援するフレキシブルな乗り物で‏す‎。
　リフトには複数の作業員を収容できるプラットフォームがあり、チーム作業に最適で‏す‎。
　屋内の建設現場、工場、倉庫、商業ビルなどでは‏、‎メンテナンス、改修、建材の移動など、高所作業を行うためにこれらのリフトが使用されていま‏す‎。
　 背景入門と活動： 概要は参加者に背景を示し‏、‎様々なリフトの種類、関連部品、安全上の懸念事項、転倒防止ライン、落下防止要件、ウォークアラウンド点検の基本を確認するのに役立ちま‏す‎。
　その後、参加者はソート・アンド・マッチ活動に取り組み、中央制御と始動に必要なステップを学びま‏す‎。
　ブルームの改訂版分類法に基づく学習成果には‏、‎記憶、理解、応用が含まれま‏す‎。
　参加者によるシミュレーション： 対話的で操作可能なシミュレーションにより、参加者は安全で現実的な形式で‏、‎シザーリフトを安全に操作することを探求し‏、‎学び、練習することができま‏す‎。
　作業を開始する前に、参加者は個人防護具（PPE）を着用し‏、‎リフトの徹底的なウォークアラウンド点検を実施しなければなりません。
　その後、彼らは倉庫内を移動し‏、‎25～45フィートの高さで作業品を収集し‏、‎修理しなければなりません。
　

Scissor lifts are flexible vehicles that help workers reach heights up to 60 ft. safely and efficiently without the need for ladders or scaffolding. The lifts have a platform that can accommodate multiple workers, making them perfect for team tasks. Indoor construction sites, factories, warehouses, and commercial buildings, use these lifts to perform tasks at height, such as maintenance, renovations, and moving building materials.

Background Primer & Activities:
An overview provides participants with context and helps identify different types of lifts, related parts, safety concerns, tipping lines, fall protection requirements, and the basics of a walk-around inspection. Then, participants engage in a sort-and-match activity to learn the central controls and steps required for starting up. Embedded learning outcomes based on Bloom’s revised taxonomy include remembering, understanding, and applying.

Participant Simulation:
The interactive and manipulative simulation allows participants to explore, learn and practice safely operating a scissor lift in a safe and realistic format. Before beginning their tasks, participants must don personal protective equipment (PPE) and conduct a thorough walk-around inspection of the lift. They must then navigate through the warehouse, collecting task items and repairing them at heights ranging from 25 to 45 feet.
