With MCtalent, the job interview will no longer be just a moment of in-depth analysis of competencies and skills but will also represents a chance for candidates to live a futuristic, immersive, unforgettable and innovative experience.
We have designed the offices of MC Engineering, starting from the entrance where you will be greeted by the Vitruvian Man, common spaces where you will receive information and tips, the Auditorium intended for conferences and training sessions, and the interview room, accessible using a dedicated passcode. During the interview, thanks to innovative studies and techniques, the HR team will be able to review the digital resume and update the candidate's file using a virtual PC.
