1年使用の感想 META QUESTを購入して1年程、使用していますが、瞑想、呼吸法など、幅広いプログラムやアプリの設計がARのシステムのマッチしていて、購入して良かったなと思っています。瞑想、呼吸法では、映像や音が、固定化されるのはどうか、また不要では、という方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、私にとっては、質が高い映像と音がいい補助になり、別世界に連れて行ってくれます。また、時々、アップデートもあり、飽きるということはありません。自分への投資、効果を考えれば、十分安い買い物ではないかと思います。
love Tripp. I love the tripp app. I look forward to enjoying it every day. I am 74 and the sole caregiver for my 87 yr old husband who has severe dementia. It is very stressful. when he is napping I am able to greatly relieve stress by taking a short Tripp. It is of great help tp me getting through each day.
#1 Wellness Experience. I have trouble meditating and am often distracted. This game/app has been superbly beneficial in helping me to meditate. You need not close your eyes to do so. I particularly use the Daily Focus portion to start my day. The visuals are amazing and they truly help you to focus, breathe, and get calm. The lifetime membership is worth the investment as you can customize your sessions.
Great for insomniacs! I've had insomnia off and on my whole life. I find the Tripp sleep meditations the perfect tool for getting me to sleep when I get into bed. I used to listen to ASMR, or books on tapes, or yoga nidra. But Tripp is better than those other options for me. I've only listened to the Calm meditations, those are nice, and I really like my Sanctuary. But if you are an insomniac, give the Sleep sessions a try.
I just wish they had even a three day free trial, because I waited awhile before joining because the demo wasn't enough for me to decide to pay a subscription fee for Tripp. I would have joined right when I download it if I could have tried it out without committing to paying before trying more than one demo.
