Positive Leadership Training Suite – Beta Release (WorkSafe Victoria Pilot)
The Positive Leadership Training Suite (PLTS) is a scenario-based leadership development platform to promote supportive leadership behaviours to help managers prevent mental injury and illness of young workers and help promote safe and mentally healthy workplaces for workers.
The PLTS has been developed in close collaboration with Worksafe Victoria and Liminal’s project partners, including Deakin University, YLab and the Youth Affairs Council Victoria. There are six modules which target 12 common psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
