Fantastic! I’m waiting for the new release on the 10th with bated breath. If you have a copy available to try before release I will be more than happy to test it. I lost over 10 lbs just doing the boot camp.
really like the game but…. I love the workouts and even 3 minutes gets my heart going! But it has the 5 and 10 minute options locked. My profile menu says free tier which I assume might be the reason. But I can’t figure out where to find a way to unlock the other options through a payment or subscription or anything. So info on how to resolve that would be awesome!

Amazing! If I can only keep one game for fitness, this is the game.
Thank you devs!
I need to play more to figure out how to hit the “hold” notes.
Great for working out. I have used only the default workouts supplied in the application. It has helped with exercising more regularly. I really appreciate the use of hand gestures. Navigation feels very natural. As you need to have a registered account to save your workouts, I would really love to see a web based workout editor which would allow creation of playlist and customization of exercises to be done which would then be synced with the headset.
The library image is terrible. I think graphics would be worse than this. But if I only exercise, I recommend it (Replacing library images wouldn't be complicated. I want to change it to something neat
Terrible interface. It is nearly impossible to input information in, the YouTube feature does not even work. Such a horrible design that I can barely customize my workouts and get started. Don’t waste your time
Choose your own music customize. I love that you can customize your workout and look up music videos through YouTube to play background music. It helps with the motivation of working out and because it uses YouTube so you don't have to pay for the songs you use.
Amazing this is free. There is so much technology and content packed into this that it is amazing it is free! You can really get a full body workout with this which is rare for Quest apps. Always on the cutting edge of the new Oculus technology releases for developers!
Pretty cool! Got a chance to play this awesome game tonight :) Super fun and I def got a good sweat on!! haha
Only tweaks I found would be helping 1. when doing crunches adding cross over punches to target your sides 2. when in squats I feel there would be a more organic flow if the targets were cross body hits instead of same color on same side of body. 3. the squat triangles, the lowest one was super low I had to miss it haha 4. the height for the jumps seemed a bit off
I'm def going to add my own songs to the playlist, get some Falling in Reverse and Ice Nine Kills on there - I did enjoy the rock playlist you guys offered also!!
Great app guys :) looking forward to my next workout.

I enjoy it. Makes me feel exhausted after but it's good to workout everyday!
Very good usage, just weird input track. Awesome app, great to just pick up throw on and get in workouts. I love the multiplayer aspect, and the simplicity of the app. However, if devs could just touch up how we input things in the app? It’s a little difficult to make my account since I can’t see what I’m typing.
How have I not written a review yet!! I can’t say enough about this app. I was an early adopter and I’ve been using this app for over a year. This app is a serious work out if you do it right. The updates are incredible compared to when it first came out. If you’re looking for some health exercises with some intense music to get you pumped this app is for you.
i’m a big fan of the Oculus’ Workout capabilities and this app puts you to the test. Download this and give it a try trust me you won’t regret it. Prepare to sweat get a headband.
also don’t be too hard on yourself if you suck in the beginning you’ll get better!
Too low, made for 1m height. Everything is too low, the app seems to detect correct height, but everything is too low even safe squads are enabled. It may be great if your height is 1 meter, or you have really strong legs. Rating 3 stars, even it is unplayable for me.
Great app so far! My wife and I have both played around with this a few times. I really don't have any experience with VR workout apps so nothing to compare this to. However, we are definitely going to use this app in our workout routine. The app is definitely a harder workout than I thought it would be. I am still learning but most things are well explained within the app. It would be cool if I could send data from my fitbit watch. Actually it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to be able to connect a fitbit to the Quest. I wish we could toggle between users easier than the in app keyboard. This is a really good workout app. I am anticipating the final version. It really shows that there has been a lot of work and thought put into the app. Thank you for the hard work!
Hand-Tracking VR Workout. Let me tell you what VR Workout is not. It's not Supernatural, Beat Saber, or Pistol Whip. Each of those does something well, and can incidentally help you to break a sweat.
But VR Workout is unique; in that it is a comprehensive self-contained workout program, programmed with a ton of exercises, that is extremely well-supported, constantly updated, and free.
You can program individual workouts, or focus on muscle groups. You can sync a YouTube playlist so as to workout to your own tunes. The cues are easy to pick up, and with four difficulty levels, there is something for everyone. Oculus gets a special treat, as native hand-tracking works. You can choose not to use controllers, if you like.
The developer is also extremely responsive, entertaining feedback from a wide user base, and absorbing and implementing it quickly.
Especially taking into consideration that all of this may be had for the low price of free? This is the best deal in VR workout programs.
Promising title. What I like: 1) Hand tracking, very cool not requiring the controllers to workout allows for more moves with less things in the way. 2) user music nice to have the ability to pick your own tunes. 3) stances, the workout leverages the no controller format to execute low medium and high moves.
Things I didn’t like: 1) TOO MUCH TEXT, the HMDs do not make for great reading environments. Info needs to be more graphical. Pictograms, videos, models, etc… the text gets distracting and impedes the user from getting into the workout. 2) hand tracking needs to be more reliable. There were moments during my workout where I had no clue why I lost tracking or it wouldn’t register hits. 3) graphical design, the symbology needs to be revamped. There are very small timing indicators on the targets that need to be executed in a way to make it more obvious to the user that they will score more points if they hit them on time rather than if they missed the timer. There also needs to be better feedback when the user is doing things right and on a streak. Also linked target nodes should have a different feedback than point targets. The linked target nodes should use Bézier curves instead of straight lines to promote flow. The general Iconography need to be though of differently. The sounds that the targets make need to be refined a bit to let the user know they have hit the targets on time and there should be more levels of grey when interacting with the targets rather than binary hit on miss.
The platform should be differentiated from the ground plane a little more clearly. Due to the changes in stance I often found myself out of position.
Great workout. Tried this app today and I really like it. Makes me move a lot. I like the fact that you need to squat and reach and sprint in place. I’m still on the easy level and haven’t tried the levels that include other exercises. Quite a workout.
