Superb! Never written a review before but this really deserves it. I've tried loads of the fitness apps and none of them really focus on bodyweight strength exercises. My favourite things about this app are:it's small - takes up no space on driveit's incredibly easy to use and settings are very adaptable to suit youit's range of music options are simple and just finethere's no learning curveyou can do the push ups from your knees instead of your feet if you want to reduce resistanceno need for any 'motivational' coaching or extra material, just turn on and exercisethe combination of squats punches and push ups covers most of your body with bodyweight exercisespass through means I can just stick on the headset and starttracking is excellent and hand motions very easy.Room for improvement:a few extra movements to cover back muscles, pulling motions like triceps, core (maybe bridges?) would be excellent additionsnothing else really - I love how stripped down and simple the app is, which makes it really quick and efficient to use. Very many thanks to the developer - just what I've been looking for for months now.
