I was really enjoying the content but... It was working just fine yesterday, then today when I tried to use it, nothing, the interface loads but no content, I uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing... Is it down or something
Very different viewing experience. I don’t really know how to explain it, Ig your watching VR gameplay videos it feels like your next to them watching them play rather than watching it on a flat screen. Everything has depth and it just doesn’t feel like “flat”? Overall it’s great and very unique.Would recommend 👍
Great Free App. Its new so still in a Beta phase but already with loads of content and is actually very cool and enjoyable :)I have already uploaded some of my own content and the auto conversion from 2D flat screen to a 3D format is quite remarkable and looks amazing when you see it in 3D. Don't let lower rated reviews put you off just because there was an issue with content not loading which was quickly fixed. Its Free and still Beta, Stuff happens :)
Very immersive and well made. Really enjoying it for short periods of time. It's working well. I read of some issues, I did have some buffering of content despite us having gigabit internet speed, so maybe they need more powerful servers. It's got great potential.
Great!!! until it wasn't :(. Same issue as DubbyGaming. Enjoyed using the until it decided to stop working, un-installed and re-installed hoping it was a local issue, sadly definitely pointing to a server issue
Great potential for a great vr video app. While other VR3D video streaming apps feel stagnant, Rival is eager to pick up the mantle and bring about something that has great potential among very few lackluster alternatives.The team has listened to and implemented user feedback, and the app has seen constant updates since launch. That's a promising first step.The app still needs many core features and currently lacks sufficient content, but if they continue making it more usable, social, and advanced, they'll differentiate enough that both content and users will follow.I'm hoping they can maintain this momentum and reach a sustainable model that brings a polished 3D video experience to a wider audience.
