Haunted House Enthusiast approved. For years I've wanted to own/operate my own professional haunted theme park. I've been to many and have seen good and some pretty bad ones. This is a first time experience in VR, in the company of my own home and how cool this experience was. It's not a game but a haunted house-like experience. I hope we see more of this in the not so distant future. This experience was Awesome and I'd highly recommend to others (and have already). The motion is very fluid, so those with motion sickness be aware. There are settings you can adjust that may help before your journey. Have fun and enjoy the scares within! Awesome work Devs!!! Please can we get another house? Pretty please, lol! No but for real... PLEASE!!!
If you enjoy scary things, this is good. A nice price, not overpriced like so many games. I like all the jump scares and won’t say anything about the content, and I’ve not gone all the way to the end yet, but will soon. Do another with maybe better graphics for Q3 and you’ll get my money! Recommend it!
Holyfnshh. When i entered the setting room im like, ok this might be kinda lame but ill give it a shot. When you pick up the candle and place it on the little thingy thingy... and it puts u in this dark real life like hall type thing. Omgg I screamed so much from all the jumpscares my husband yelled at me lmaoooo def a great purchase!
Pretty scary and super easy to use. I bought this game as a fun thing to do at a house party, everyone tried it and we laughed at each other's reactions. It's a really nicely made simple haunted house game which will make most people scream out at least once. I really enjoyed it and while it's only one house we found out a few different paths and scenarios. For a handful of euros it's a great experience, only wish there were more house to visit!
Well Worth the Price of Admission. This is a great little app. I've seen some complaints that it's not really a game, but it excels at what it's designed to be, which is a haunted house experience. For much less money than the entry fee at one of those haunted houses that pop up around Halloween (especially if you buy it on sale like I did), you get four different experiences that you can visit any time of the year. There are some good jump scares, which are spaced out for maximum impact, but the best part of the experience is the atmosphere, with sounds and visuals that evoke a sense of dread as you move through the house. At first, I thought the lack of a teleporting option might be an issue, but as long as I moved slowly, I was able to stave off any motion sickness except for maybe one or two sequences (and the Gauntlet experience, which I had to stop playing). In this case, I get why there's no teleport option (it would detract from the experience), so if you’re inclined to motion sickness like I am, my advice is to take it very slowly—doing so actually enhances the experience as it allows the suspense to build and makes the walkthrough last longer. I look forward to more from this developer.
