Amazing but short. I absolutely loved this game. The puzzles were well conceived, but not too difficult. There was a spooky feel without horror or jump scares. My main complaint is that it was VERY short. It was a fun narrative, but I finished the whole thing in under two hours of play time. I wholly recommend playing this game; just know what you're picking up!
A Stunning VR Gem – Ghost Town VR. Ghost Town VR is an extraordinary piece of work. I absolutely love everything about it from the smooth, natural movement of my character to the incredibly immersive interactions with the environment. I can tap on the fish tank and hear the soft, realistic sound it makes, or explore the mom’s husband’s home and find all the beautiful, interactive items scattered around every little detail invites curiosity. The graphics, art style, and overall theme are absolutely gorgeous. Every corner feels alive and thoughtfully crafted. I wish more VR games were made like this it’s truly a masterpiece. To the entire team who made this possible: I want to send you all a big, heartfelt thank you for your hard work and creativity. You’ve created something magical, and I appreciate every bit of it.
Wow! Just finished this...and wow...its amazing!. Realistic... immersive... atmospheric...jump scare couple times but was more the music and sounds that lend to the general overall feeling of dread...i loved it. Best game i have played on meta3... Thankfully bought as bundle with room by same developers. Cannot wait for more by these developers...im blown away tbh..well worth money...also not too short or too long.
Easily one of the very best! I'm an OG been playing VR since the CV1. My favorite games are ALYX, Lone Echo 1/2, The Room VR and now Ghost Town. What a thrill!! Keep with it, it starts off as one escape room after another, but next thing you know your immersed in this absolutely epic and chilling narrative you won't put down. I think anyone complaining about the length lost track of time because they were having so much fun. No the puzzles aren't super hard, but they are all sensible in the narrative so there's very few goofy "just because" situations. The attention to detail, all the extra knickknacks on the walls and tables, are just incredibly well thought out. I'm really looking forward to seeing the next installment! Get on it Fireproof!!!

10\/10 - A Must Play VR Experience. (Video Review is live on YT - "RoachhieVR")Ghost Town is, without question, one of the most captivating and immersive VR games I’ve ever played. From the moment you step foot into its fog-soaked streets and abandoned buildings, the world completely pulls you in. Every corner, every object, every detail in the environment feels intentionally placed to create a mood—one that lingers with you long after you take the headset off.The graphics on the Meta Quest 3S are phenomenal. The lighting, shadows, and texture work deliver a sense of realism that makes you feel like you're truly there. But this game isn’t just about how it looks—it’s about how it feels. The atmosphere is thick with tension, and even though jump scares are minimal, the sense of dread is relentless. The unease of walking through constantly shifting environments is downright spine-tingling.Gameplay-wise, Ghost Town delivers in every way. The interaction system is incredibly tactile—from flipping switches to scanning eerie artifacts. Every action feels natural. One of the game’s biggest wins is its “tips” mechanic, which gives just enough guidance to keep you from feeling stuck without taking away the satisfaction of solving a puzzle. As the game progresses, the puzzles become more complex, especially toward the end, but they strike the perfect balance of challenge and accessibility. The story is a masterclass in slow-burn storytelling. Without spoiling anything: it’s emotional, layered, and expertly told. There were moments that genuinely hit me in the heart—and others that left me silently staring in awe. The dialogue and characters are just as impactful, grounded by strong performances and sharp writing.Lastly, performance on the Meta Quest 3S was smooth throughout, even during more demanding moments. Not once did I feel pulled out of the experience due to lag or performance issues. It’s optimized beautifully for standalone play.Final Verdict: Ghost Town is more than just a great VR horror game—it’s a beautifully haunting, deeply immersive journey through a world that feels alive in the most unsettling ways. Every element, from visuals to gameplay to story, works together flawlessly. It’s eerie. It’s emotional. And it’s unforgettable.10/10. One of the best VR games to ever hit the Quest platform.
