Something Wrong. I played 5x startot new. Now i have this item for to strong Swimming. But the first map we have 2-3 Teil where we can’t swim in. How can I start with this item again the First map?or how can I back too?
2. how can I save der Orca in Clocktower map? And clocktower map, why I can’t inside come to the tunel (Metro) near an Ballon Fish???befor i join in to Stadion???? This is a Bug?!?!? Or wtf?
Lots of Content. The game starts out like a nice easy going game, no monsters, no sharks after you. The title photo is much more colorful than the actual game and most of the game is in hazy two tone in a futuristic human ruined ocean. Plastic beach I was perplexed because it's really a cave and no plastic anywhere. There wasn't enough messages of the problems the oceans are having as far as sea life being affected. An occasional animal you need to free from some trash. As the game goes on you start going down deep tunnels and it turns into underground buildings that if you are claustrophobic might trigger you. The game goes from sea creatures to dodging zapping red orbs and you constantly have to maneuver through sonic blasting towers that sound like Darth Vader and I found the game to be anxiety triggering and not anymore much about sea creatures in the ocean. Mostly just underwater corridors and collapsed buildings to find your way through. I finished it to see the end but I feel disappointed. It's a long game, which is great, and you can go back to previous levels and overall it was good. The music is excellent and sets a mood and I did enjoy swimming around and looking in every corner of the different areas. I have chronic pain and the floating sensation is therapeutic. It was relaxing until I see that menacing red orb or flashes of red waves and know I have to maneuver it to move on.
Love the game, but... I love this game, it's so unique, particularly when you discover that you're a dolphin! You can spend hours exploring the beautiful seascapes, evading drones, and figuring out how to disable generators. When I let my friend try it, she quickly fell in love with it.
My only issue is that of all the treasures I can't find the gold vase in Poseidon. I've looked all around the area it's supposed to be in, according to the guides for the original platform. I can tell that it's there with echolocation, but I can't get close to it. There are unbreakable rocks in the way. Is there a plan to make it accessible to Quest users? Or is there a hidden passage that I'm missing?
Love this. When you discover that you’re the dolphin the game takes on a whole new meaning. So much fun! Exploring and discovering such a great immersive game. Can play it for hours easily.
cute and relaxing. cute game, not much to see when you first start to play but gets better the more you play, reminds me a lot of the old game Echo which I loved as a kid.
Not as Expected. The game starts out like a nice easy going game, no monsters, no sharks after you. The title photo is much more colorful than the actual game and most of the game is in hazy two tone underwater different themed places in a futuristic ocean. Very autism friendly and great fun. Writing based on the reaction of my autistic son (mother writing on his account as he’s unable too)
We struggle to find things for Liam to keep his occupied and excited as he’s high functioning but playing this game he is having a blast, the music is very soothing for him abit like a sensory room in his rest bite care.
This game is very important for people with similar problems who struggle in life, VR is a great way to explore the world and new ideas for people who can’t travel.
Highly recommended for everyone at any age based on watching Liam play.
Ecco VR. In my twenties Ecco the dolphin on PS2 really stimulated my imagination. Then, this game came along…..and took me right back there. I can’t tell you how much time I spend here in these waters. I don’t care how glitchy some of the moves are. I don’t care if some of animals are pixelated. Every environment is visually stunning. The background music is nice and mellow. Good job with the underwater sandbox.
Bitterly disappointing. Been keenly waiting for this game. But such a let down!! The graphics are blocky more a ps 2 quality the controls are iffy. The devs need to sort it it just looks bland and bitty. I really wanted to love and enjoy this game, but cannot as it at the moment. Needs a lot of work on graphics alone
First impressions aren’t good. I’m playing on Quest 2 and the graphics look pretty poor from a technical perspective. The texture maps on some of the sea creatures are extremely low resolution and blocky. The lighting is flat giving the world an almost 2D appearance.
The movement system feels like driving a camera around. The graphics and the movement system combine to make for an experience that I didn’t find immersive at all.
The first scenario left me wondering what the target demographic is. It seemed like something for very young children, well under the age of 13, too young for VR.
I like the concept and I like the environments shown in the trailer, but based on what I’ve seen so far I can’t imagine this game delivering anything like what I was expecting.
Great gameplay, views and messages. Reminds me of other great immersive worlds. This game stands out for the great vibes and the environmental messaging. The music is a perfect match for the tone and gorgeous aesthetic of the game. It is also extremely family friendly. Players of all ages will enjoy the feeling of flying through the water, fighting evil jellyfish, and solving quests to save the oceans.
The game shakes constantly when I move my head to look elsewhere and when going into settings the shaking is even worse while looking at the icons. It took a few minutes to the point I thought there was no tutorial. When I'm moving most of the time it feels like I'm stuck in the sand with my head only sticking out. I go into walls of rocks and it takes a long time for the game to realise what I'm trying to do when using the controlers. 1st impressions were not pleasing. The look of the game was not thrilling or breathtakingly beautiful but it did look good for a few minutes.I'm sure after awhile the developers will get all the bugs out. I am looking forward to playing this game but at the moment I'm very disappointed. I'll wait awhile to see if there is any improvement.
Unique and enjoyable if you give it time. Playing as two dolphins each with their own powers is unique. It was a little confusing at first, but you get the hang of it. Using echolocation to find stuff is pretty neat. The graphics are OK but I love the music. In terms of story it’s a little shallow to start (no pun intended) but once you reach the deeper levels it gets way more interesting. I like that you can revisit areas once you unlock new powers. Overall I’ve been really enjoying it even if there's not as much action as I thought there would be. If you like exploration types of games or you have ocd and need to find everything you’ll probably get into it, otherwise it might seem a little boring.
