Fly in modern jet fighters with moving parts, and more detailed cockpits. Either go head to head with other players online or work your way through the story based missions in order to earn and unlock more powerful and maneuverable aircraft.
would get another star out of me 💯 トレーニングを完了し、私のYouTubeチャンネル@MRBROOKLYNITEに動画を投稿します。
Absolutely awful. Barely works and the tutorial is unfinishable. The singular mission looks like it was made by ChatGPT and is bland. Wouldn’t play this game again if I was paid.
Good idea with limitations. Acceptable graphics and good performance, but without a reference in the controls to zoom or judder to the limit of the stick (where are the edges of the control axis?) The movement on board results in a dizzying experience in most turns, especially when there are enemies around i prefer 1st person inside the cockpit and not outside, this is a broken immersive experience (like an arcade) than a "made for vr" experience.
Excellent game!!! The game does what a game should do, entertain you, but it can be better of course, thanks to the creators for letting the game free, because of this game i made my dream of flying a fighter plane came true, although i would like this game more if they put on spanish subtitles or made a latin version of it, to get the full experience, hope they update soon so i can choose new stuffs and play online with more people, i had a lot of fun playing it, even though it is not in my native lenguaje, i had to ask to my son if he can write this, so all of you can read me and understand the feeling :) i had dreams of being Rick Hunter while playing it, (i`d like it more if they put on more music on the soundtrack, think it would be so muche better) the game is underrated, should be more popular if you dream about flying a fighting plane.
Air Brigade 2: A tale of Chatterboxes. Air Brigade 2 is a sequel to Air Brigade, an arcade-style aerial combat game, in the same genre as Ace Combat and Project wingman.
From what I played, i had mixed feelings about a lot of things I'll go into detail below, but just be aware, that this isn't either of the games mentioned above, and tries to do its best with what it has.
CHARACTERS & WRITING "Raven 4" or as we'll just call them #4, is a regular silent protagonist. Standard for this style of game, but with a supporting cast as "colourful" as this, you would beg to hear #4 say something to make them all just get on with the mission. Aslam, Hafsah and even AWACS, are unenjoyable, and at times, cringe worthy to listen to, with Eman being the most relatable. The writing is also very stilted and wooden, but not in an endearing way, it's just very awkward way that is unnatural, and makes the characters seem very petty at times, and overall just unfocused, for what they're really doing. They also use the same plane, meaning there's no visual character to any of the characters.
INTERFACE & 1ST EXPERIENCE The critique: First starting the game, you're treated to a 1 layer, all in one menu. Not a bad idea, but the implementation is poor, and lacks detail required for more advanced missions than a dogfight. It's very spread out, and the plane takes up too much space just for the menu, and the stats do not really say anything meaningful with just sliders. Sure the tomcat has a slightly better lock range than the su-35, but it doesn't say the numberical difference, leading to a very neat game of "How close can i go" with the enemy, more tiles than you think. Another thing that doesn't seem to be learned from the other games, is a proper missile warning system, leaving you in the dark as to where it really is. The radar does show this, but only horizontally, so unless you saw it coming, it's really hard to consistently dodge missiles.
A solution: 1. In the main menu, you could have each menu be it's own little area of the grey space, and add some depth to the "Hangar" with statistics, plane info, and more(TM).
2. Add a missile warning system, that shows in some way, where the missile is in relation to your plane, but also change out the enemy lock sound for something more urgent.
CONTROLS The critique: As it stands right now, the controls take away from the experience, as quest controllers are not suited for this kind of game, and the controls just feel more like an afterthought.
A solution: offer multiple styles of control (Regular, simplfied, Ace of Aces, left flip versions, etc), or complete remapping.
With all that said, there were a couple of times when i had a bit of fun, but it's the prior issues i have, that waver the experience for me.
Focused on third person. Mainly people buy aviation games to be in the cockpit so the game has to focus on that and the missions do get boring since most of them are repetitive.would be cool if the game had multiplayer or better physics. Before downloading be aware that only like 1 or 2 cockpits are detailed
Good, but one big flaw. This game is pretty good. It's free, one of the very little jet vr games, and has decent combat. One major flaw is the first person, you guys really really need to work on that. When people play a vr airplane game, they play for the first person, so don't focus so much on the third person, focus all of your attention to the first person. Because the throttle and stick are absolute jokes. Otherwise, good. Please fix the hands at least, like make them stick to the throttle and stick. Also, the characters need work, they are incredibly cringey right now.
Very good game. It’s a good game but the campaign for me only had 4 missions and I would like a update where the instruments in the cockpit would work.
