addictive easy to pick up and play.

addictive easy to pick up and play. I put about 2 hours into this game now and I'm starting to get a feel for it. I took the devs advice below which helps. The issue with the physical behaving differently on each run isnt is manageable. It effects how you build things and you can work around it. I dont know if they plan to fix that or that's just how it will be. For me it's no longer a huge problem.
The game is really fun and addictive and its satisfying when you get a long track that does all kinds of crazy stuff.
Another problem I was having is with the hand tracking, which works about as good as it can but for this game you need precise placement so better to use the controllers.
Another review mentioned that its passthrough only I dont see why this is a problem. They probably didnt even make it to the options menu because there are a number of different passthrough fx you can use. But obviously passthrough makes the game way better. You lose track of time because it feels like you're just building tracks inside your own room.
it's a great deal for the price. It feels polished, addictive and very easy to pick up and play.
Unbelievably Cool. The car track, the launchers the rockets. The Dominos ... Anyone one of these a fun creative game in itself. Nearly endless options (and truly endless potential). Creative intelligent people will love this. This is one of the few games I bought minutes after hearing about it.
The Physics is intuitive and forgiving. I love the Alien Anti Gravity thingie...
No Sound. Just purchased this for quest 3 but I hear no sound/ui sfx or music. Game looks fun but don't feel like playing much when there is no sound. Edit:After update sound is working, changed to 5 Star rating. Game is great if you are creative with building stuff.
Pretty Amazing. I’ve always loved watching Rube Goldburg machines on YouTube and this app give me a chance to do it myself, a little buggy at sometimes when saving and loading machines. Overall, though an amazing experience very highly recommended.
Buggy, nothing to do, almost no intro. Menus are buggy. How am I supposed to press buttons? Move the controller through buttons and sometimes they work. Buttons are too small. I switched to hand tracking and hope it's better. But it isn't, objects randomly spawn because the menu-holding-hand pulls out objects from the menu. After 3 minutes there was a bug that no UI element was reacting to my hands. I don't know what the objects do, library is very limited, not a lot to do. No loopings possible with marble rollercoaster. Physics is not consistent enough to build big Machines. Big chain reactions will just stop due to different physics each try. The car track is the only thing that seems to be fun and that works. AR mode is a cool idea. Most unpolished title I ever played from Quest Store, needs a lot of work!
So much fun!!! (with some bugs). I'm having so much fun with this AMAZING mixed reality game!!! 😊 The only annoying bug is that when I load a saved project, furniture and also some other elements are loaded in the wrong place... tables are floating mid-air, air vents misplaced by a lot... I'll love this game even more if I can save and load any scene without errors. 😎
Fun, but glitches constantly! This game is so much fun but I get so frustrated playing it because it glitches so much. Please update or help. If you reach out or help I will get more into detail. And don’t try to get me in some kind of discord chat cause mine isn’t working right now.
Incredibly fun. This is my new favorite game. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you make your first contraption you’ll be hooked.
There is plenty of variety in the elements, which is really fun to try to work them in.
Realistic physics means that it takes time to place your elements correctly and have them work consistently, but the ability to pause the movement is very fun and helpful.
This is not the game I thought I would spend the most time with in quest 3. It is the game I am spending the most time with.
One of the best physics and construction. This game is honestly very good. But some times I see little bugs. the toy car or train flings when it’s on the U shaped track. But I loved the physics anyway. I like it how there are so much things you can do. If you have not bought it then I highly recommend it to you it is kinda cheap.
Fun and pls add multiplayer. The game is so fun and my friend may be getting it, so if you can add multiplayer that would be awesome! Plus the game is really easy to learn what every thing does
Tragic implementation, should be fun. Absolutely tragic implementation of what should be a fun, relaxing app. Genuinely beautiful design and presentation, genuinely incompetent implementation.
I wouldn't care so much if it wasn't full of very obvious little issues that the developer must be aware of. It should not have been put on the store half-cooked like this, not at that price.
problem: tutorial window spawns just about off screen bottom's barely visible through my headset so my head keeps going down till my chin touches my chest
solution: -center it -add some padding space -move it back a bit (super basic stuff)
problem: "lock ui" button is right next to the play button easy to accidentally hit the wrong button -- especially with hand controls
solution: - space the UI out - add a handle - don't place things in stupid places like that
problem: ui sticks to hands or controllers at awkward angles so you end up bending your wrist into awkward shapes
solution: just put a handle on the top of the ui, a nice big one, easy to grab. orient it relative to the hand AS IT GRABS THE WINDOW, not a constant offset.
problem: some objects spawn at odd angles e.g. your wrist will be 45 degrees from your arm to get the piece level
solution: spawn it level, at a natural angle relative to the hand and menu in world space
problem: controller pokes through the ui when held
solution: move it forward a bit
problem: placement is absolutely tragic with hand tracking because unpinching moves the held item slightly
solution: let go when I pinch my other hand. It's not that hard a concept, it's not that hard in terms of the underlying programming. If they cared, this would've been implemented ages ago.
problem: no slow-mo placement mode
solution: rotation = lerp( actualRotation, targetRotation, slowTriggerHeld? smallValue : normalValue ); show this to a programmer
Can't get it to run! It keeps coming up with a message on loading which says "requires scene data permission required" but doesn't tell you how to activate it! I can't use the game because of this.
